Recommended Posts

Hi Folks, The new C 152 from Carenado looks really great but I'm not sure how it will perform on my computer (see specs below). Please let me know how well it performs and indicate your computer specs.thanks in advance

It should perform about the same as the default C172.

Mine performs pretty smooth. I have an outdated P4 2.8 with 1.5Megs Ram on an Asus P4S800Motherboard, an ATI X1600Pro 512 MB video card driving a Samsung 21.6" SynchMaster 2253 flat screen LCD (2ms response). I dont use autogen, I do use Ultimate Terrain X and Ground Environment. I usually fly in less populated regions of the country, and lock frames at 18. The Twin Commance and Citation CJ1X also perform well for me. I am satisfied enough to wait for the next version of FS before upgrading my equipment. My needs are not as great as some and I am verry happy for now. I have over 80 hour real world in the 152 and this one feels pretty realistic within FS limitations.Bill G, KSAT

I see ZERO difference in this great 152 verses the default 172. Just love this plane, the cockpit, and the sound.
