MSFS2024 downloaded default plane

Featured Replies

After SU3 I downloaded the default 737 in order to improve its flight model.  However I can't find the appropriate cfg files anywhere.  I also have the PMDG777 and the Aerosoft CRJ and their cfgs files are readily accessible in their folders in the community folder.  The 737 is there but those files seem to be nowhere.  In the PMDG and AS folders those cfg's show up under the airplanes folder, but not with the asobo 737.   Any suggestions?  Or unlike previous editions of MSFS I'm out of luck?

Thanks.

My limited understanding is when you download what is normally a 'streamed' SU3 plane it goes into the Packages folder (or subfolders of the Packages folder) so the files are now stored locally on your computer. However, although the plane is now local the files may still be encrypted to some extent.

Some of that stuff is behind drm now, but yes VFS is hope you get access to those.  Enable developer mode from advanced options and I forget which sub menu it's in...but it's there.  And then you Open in Explorer.
