If this costume is unoccupied, probably.  But if someone is in the costume and starts to move, they will flee in terror.  Why?  A cat’s Achilles’ heel is the sound of plastic being rubbed together or crinkled. 🙀

Hahahaha... you poor uneducated  hairless ape. Our feline overlords are simply fine tuning their reflexes to keep them sharp. They pretend to be startled and then activate their Type IIx fast twitch muscle fibers.
