Imgur now no longer operates in the UK (new data regs issues) so anybody posting images using imgur from elsewhere in the world will be able to continue doing so but these images won't be visible in the UK. UK posters can no longer post on imgur. Another fine example of the law of unintended consequences. Guess they thought it wasn't worth the hassle of setting up a whole new verification process for what is effectively a free service anyway and figured the simplest solution was to block the place.
