Corrupted view through propeller

Featured Replies

I try the XP 12 demo with Cessna 172 G100 in VR with a HP Reverb G2 headset. The view through the propeller is flickering with a distorted view as a result. What could that be and what setting could fix it

I'd like to know this too.
(It's less noticeable in XP11 than in XP12).

It’s because you have Motion Reprojection enabled. Disable it and the swimming distorted stuff goes away.

Alternatively simply turn off the engine.

Jokes aside, I use a replacement texture that makes the prop transparent.

System Spec 1: Nvidia RTX 4090,  AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, Res 5120x1440, HP Reverb G2
System Spec 2: AMD Radeon RX 7900XT, Intel I-9 9990K, Res 3840x1080, HP Reverb G2

I'm using this solution for C172 in XP11, but I haven't found any similar textures for C172 in XP12. Where can I download/obtain them ???

Same one from XP11, I am also using.

System Spec 2: AMD Radeon RX 7900XT, Intel I-9 9990K, Res 3840x1080, HP Reverb G2

I think I tried using this with XP11, but something went wrong. Probably because I'm not using fully transparent textures, but 80% transparent ones (I think). I'll check it again.

It is true that the distorted view through the propeller disappear. But instead I got other problems. Part of the terrain flickering. Worse performance (also a google search warned about this)

Then at start my view is close to the floor and I have problem using the menus. Are there no center view command in XP12
