Mistakenly Purchased Wrong G650

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am hoping someone from the RealityXP team or the community might be able to help me with a purchase issue.

I recently decided to purchase the G650 after spending quite a bit of time looking for alternatives and finally committing to it. I am fairly new to flight simulation, and unfortunately I made a mistake during the purchase process. I accidentally bought the Microsoft Flight Simulator version instead of the X-Plane version, which is the simulator I actually use.

As soon as I realized the mistake, I went ahead and purchased the correct X-Plane version as well because I really wanted to use the aircraft. However, that means the MSFS version I purchased cannot be used by me at all. Being new to simming, I feel pretty sick about making such a simple mistake, especially since the product will just sit unused.

I tried looking around the website for a way to contact support directly but could not find an email or ticket system, so this forum seemed like the only place I could reach out.

If anyone from the RealityXP team could please help me with a possible refund, exchange, or credit for the MSFS purchase, I would be extremely grateful.

That's a bummer when such a thing happens... There is a dedicated RealityXP forum here:

Unfortunately the developer seems to have abandoned his products. I'm afraid you might not get any support...
