Ok, I see the thread...looks good. In looking at the manual, it looks like I have to have a PTT button for input variables, such 22000 (used to set altitude). So, I'd have to press the PTT button while I say Set altitude to 22000, then release the PTT button to capture the numerical input (22000). I'm not sure I want to do that...as I use PTT for ATC...also, Voice Attack did not require the PTT for numerical input...is there another way?

Hmm Im not sure , but you could probably do a voice command as the PTT and send it as a virtual keypress, for example let’s say the word ”now” is the trigger for PTT, so if you say ”now … set altitude to 12000 end” the word ”now” triggers the PTT and the word ”end” releases it ? So basically you get 2 words extra instead of a physical keypress. I’m not sure if it will work but in theory it should. I can test it if you want

I was thinking along the same lines..."Set" to trigger PTT and "at" to release it, so "Set altitude at 12000". I'm thinking the numbers come after the release of PTT. I don't know if that would work...but if you're able to test either way, that would be great!

well so basically, Aao works that way so that you need an "!" after the command, that tells AAO to wait until the PTT is released so that you have time to speek the numbers so, if i put "at" before the exclamationmark it will release the PTT before the numbers are said. so basically the worh for the release of the PTT needs sadly to be after the numbers...

I'm using the Demo version of AAO, can you show a couple of screenshots where you're using 'Now" and "end" for the PTT triggers? (Maybe we should go to the Lorby's forum here on Avism?)

I’m having issues doing that, cus when aao has a assigned PTT it won’t listen so it never recognizes the ”now”
