NY Bridges mod for 2024?

Featured Replies

Was just wondering if there's a bridges mod that is fully compatible with msfs2024 which will fix all the NY bridges?
I saw one for fs2020, but none for 2024 and am curious if this same one is actually working well in 2024 or not, or of there is something else similar for 2024 specifically?

I'm using RKBridger's New York and Newark bridge packages with MS2024 and it seems fine to me. I recall that there may be a double bridge somewhere or another but I haven't noticed any major issues (though I may not have looked that closely to be honest.

Pretty sure I had that issue at one point but don't seem to have it with the latest version of this scenery and msfs2024.

So I guess it's ok to just buy the NY City bridges in the Marketplace (I assume it would be the most recent version)?

I will try to double check it for you tomorrow if I get the time.

It should wor, but don't be surprised whe you see 2 Brooklyn Bridges.

I am using SamScene's NYC. Maybe that makes a difference.

Just checked. Using the following:

Samscene NY City Times v 2.2

RK Bridger NY Bridges v 5.0

RK Bridger Newark Bridges v 4.0

SU 5 (main release)

Definitel only seeing one Brooklyn Bridge.

Hope that encourages you to get NY Bridges.

The only thing I would say is that the latest version of Samscene NY is very high on VRAM usage though I can resolve that by truning down my settings a bit (though I would rathr accept a few stutter than do that - the older 2020 version is much better on VRAM).
