Monday at 11:42 PM4 days Is there a way to display what MSFS 2024 default weather is showing at your current location or at a selected ICAO code?
Monday at 11:47 PM4 days I actually don't know myself as I usually use sky vector to see (which is sometimes close and sometimes not haha). What you can do though is view it in some of the glass cockpit aircraft. I'm pretty sure all of the default aircraft with at least a G1000 can readout the weather. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
Tuesday at 12:01 AM4 days Though I have FS2024 installed, I'm not using it for flights yet. I believe this info is supposed to be available in the EFB?In FS2020 I can go to the Weather panel from the Toolbar and get the METAR.I usually obtain my weather from the Nav system of the aircraft if flying anything with a g1000 on up to an advanced FMS.Also, there's always https://metar-taf.com/ Randall Rocke

Tuesday at 04:40 AM3 days Author Thanks for the info but I was hoping to pull it from the sim. Some of the addons I have allow me to get the weather from their EFB but sometimes I want to use MSFS's historical weather and I just want to see what to expect at my destination.
Tuesday at 07:56 AM3 days The EFB (from the sim) displays METAR when availableUnfortunately, it seems to display only the live METAR whatever sim time you set. On the previous pic: real time is 07h50z, EFB METAR displayed is 0651Z and sim time is 14:05z. Vincent B. Tuesday at 04:25 PM3 days Thanks @Tuskin38 , will check that soon. I may made the mistakes for years ;) I'm mostly use the Flow Pro app to change time when starting. I may need to change some of my flow ;) Edited Tuesday at 04:52 PM3 days by vbazillio Vincent B.
