Hello all! This week I just release the new update for the Route Finder. It was pretty much rebuilt from the ground up.

• Results now show in a brand-new table that makes everything much easier to read and scan.

• Departure and arrival airport codes are now clickable, with a new toggle that lets you choose between Navigraph, ChartFox, and LIDO. Since LIDO doesn’t allow direct links, clicking the airport code will copy it instead, so you can quickly paste it into the MSFS Planner search.

• Every flight result also includes quick links to SimBrief, FlightRadar24, FlightAware, and AirNav.

• I’ve also added VATSIM coverage directly into the results. The D and A indicators show whether your departure or arrival airport is currently staffed, and clicking them opens that airport directly in VATSIM Radar. This should make it much easier to find a route based on where ATC is actually online.

• Finally, once your results load, the filters automatically collapse to give you more room. Just hit Edit if you want to change your search, and the map will automatically load with all of your generated routes already drawn.

• Added charter & business jet data: Flexjet, flyExclusive, NetJets, VistaJet, and Wheels Up.

Over 150 airlines, real-world route data, and more than 150,000 real-world flights.

i just looked up a couple of routes and they are perfect. well done

out of interest where is it pulling the schedule data from ?

First I've seen this and it looks like a great tool. Are there screenshots of the gate display? How does the ground services work and is it compatible with GSX? In the route finder, is it possible to filter based upon a flight scheduled from "time now" plus 2 hours so you can randomly find a flight that matches current real time?

Ground Services are not integrated with GSX at this time, so it's mostly just UI, but still a lot more immersive then GSX as things can happen and delay your Departure time.

I will see what I can do about that +2 hour filter.

Still one of the best addons for FlightSim and if you explore iflysims premium offerings including a career mode, it’s the best money I spend on FlightSim along with navigraph imho.

Multiple sources. Data is very expensive and complex.

Added VATSIM support! You can now see Upcoming and LIVE VATSIM events and search for routes where there are Online ATC and/or events.
