I almost fell of my chair when I saw this new utility released on FSTO today - I've wanted this forever!

This utility allows you - through an in game panel - to adjust MSFS2024 sound levels, without having to come out of the flight and go into the settings menu.

Sadly it plays havoc with AutoFPS (on my system at least). It appears to mess with LOD settings <???>.

Also - I can't resize its window - some of it gets cropped off at the bottom.

I was using Windows volume controls to reduce the volume of the cockpit when I reached cruise.

Then I found out that a setting in the Fenix EFB lets you assign the radio volume knobs to different apps. So now I use the VHF3 volume knob to reduce the sound.

Strange - I've looked at the code and it seems to be just accessing MSFS's volume variables - can't see why that would interface with LOD. I don't use AutoFPS so can't look at that angle further.

I don't think the window can be resized but it's all visible on my screen. Maybe a resolution issue.

Found similar issues too, changing the volumes levels affected my graphics settings and also can't resize the window. The idea of that panel is brilliant and I was dreaming for a in flight volume settings solution for not interrupting my flight and going to the sound settings.

Hmmmm...... I got some jittery performance at an airport where I don't normally see any issues (EKYT Aalbork, DK).

As this utility is the only thing I've installed for this session, it is a suspect!

About to remove it and test the same airport/plane scenario again.

I was going to add a warning! to my OP but alas, I can no longer edit it as too much time's passed.

So be careful and keep an eye out for oddities if you use this.
