March 17, 200719 yr Speaking of Abacus EZ Scenery... Perhaps someone here has experienced the following issue with the Abacus EZ Scenery for FS9: I purchased the download version for FS9, (IE. It's registered), I have found that the entire AB_EZ Library comes up completely empty when using the program to place any of their scenery files. The file menu window actually displays a blank. I checked to make sure that all the *.BGL files for Abacus' Scenery were all properly located in my addon sceneryscenery folder and that it was in fact activated in the FS Library. I've un-installed/re-installed the program several times. Still the Abacus files do not show up at all. In retrospect, the default FS library files are fully visible and completely functional with the Abacus EZ Scenery Program. Absolutely none of the Abacus files are visible/accessible in the programs main menu window. Bottom line, I purchased the Abacus Program, (I think about $30 U.S) for their pre-made scenery files. If I want the default FS9 library files I can easily produce and compile my own XML files for $0.00 U.S.I tried contacting Abacus support via email. I received a response after the third email. Their suggestions didn't help at all.Has anyone had such a problem with this program, or is there something I may be doing incorrectly?;-) Any suggestions/known fixes would be most appreciated as I would like to be able to use the program I purchased from them.:-) Cheers,Mark.
March 17, 200719 yr Author And also the corresponding AB_***.bmp texture files should be in the addon scenerytexture folder. If the files are in fact located as you state and the addon folder is activited and you have the abacus in your top menu and it show as registered then you would have to think it should work.if I come across something I will let you know. Don't loose faith, it must be resolvable given that you are seeing the FS libraries. Bryan Wallis aka "fltsimguy" Maple Bay, British Columbia Near CAM3
