i flew your .rcd filetower says "bahamas 44, runway 14 cleared to land"jd

What would be causing my RC not to say that...I can try again and see what happens but I turned the speakers way up and i can almost garantee that the tower has never at any airport told me the runway number. Just "Airline callsign+flight number, cleared to land". Im lost..Bill

and you didn't ask for a visual approach, or choose field in sight, between the time you saved the .rcd and the time you contacted tower?jd

Most likely...should I not ask for visual appoach next time and try again? I will try to save the flight as close to the hand off as possible. I havnt dont anything to my RC...got the CD from the mail which I think is ver 4.3 and loaded up and off I went. During ground control in the begining of a flight, I get instructions to taxi to runway ## with either Left or Right. I didnt think this was going to be a big deal, but now that Im the only one with this issue...its driving me crazy and its going to bug me...I want it as real as it gets.. Thanks for helping me deal with this issue. Let me know what you would like me to do. I'll do it again for the 5th time..LOL.Thanks,Bill

most likely? does that mean you did ask for a visual or called the field in sight?take the .rcd you sent me, load it, and fly it. don't call field in sight, or ask for visual approach.save another .rcd 8 miles outcontact tower, let me know if he says runway 14. if he does, mystery solvedif he doesn't, send me the new .rcd, .flt, .wx filesjd

Problem solved...I did not ask for a IAP or visual approach this time and the tower did tell me the runway number.Thanks,Bill
