Two outstanding programs to keep the skies filled to your own delight.My question is this...can you use either program alone for adding either PAI flight plans or 3rd party AI traffic. In other words, can I add PAI flight plans, aircraft, airports, etc. into my TTools folder and can I add 3rd party traffic into my PAI folder? Or, should these two great programs be used separately? I notice both programs utilize the de-compiler and compiler, but I wasn't sure if I would mess up my traffic.bgl by using only one program for ALL my AI traffic. Confusing question? It's easier to speak it than to type it.Any way, all answers are appreciated.Thanks,Mike

Thanks, W. Sieffert for the info. I do have a default.dp file (1.19 kb). My traffic.bgl (20.6mb) is still intact. I did have Project AI and have to admit I did not see the line pertaining to the Base Installer. I followed your directions and uninstalled the 2 PAI packs I had, installed the base installer, then re-installed the 2 PAI packs. Unfortunately, I still have no AI traffic. Where I used to have tons of Delta at KCVG and Southwest at KJAX, I now have nothing but default Cessna's, Baron's, and Lear's. And this is all over the world.Thanks again for your input. Hello all,I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this nor will I be the last but I just lost ALL AI traffic except for the default Lear and Baron. Those are the only two I see when using the Ctrl+W key. I just went to most of the major airports and there isn't one plane sitting on the ground or in the air (except for me).According to my TTools, I have 1893 airports, 131 aircraft, 26,123 flight plans, and 211,009 total flights. But, where they are hiding, I don't know.I'm also not very savvy when it comes to offering info on what some of you that respond will ask me. But, if you do respond, I'll be happy to try and answer your questions.Hopefully we can find these flights, it gets awful lonely up here by yourself.Thanks,Mike

I saw a post a while back about the same problem I'm having but since I can't find it, I'll repeat it.A window pops up stating "Sceney Library object not found. This may cause some scenery, such as some buildings, to not display". ID: 0x47BC6DED0x11D2F98A0x1000849C0x2AE60C5AI just started using FSSE and attempting to add some scenery objects when this window popped up. I choose my object and see the white line in front of the AC but don't see the object.Any help here?Thanks,Mike

Hi all,Wondering if anyone has had the following problem with ANY panel, default or add-on. The panels distort (blur), meaning they change colors (red, yellow) or it is like the pixels seem to expand. Then everything goes back to norm. Just a constant back and forth, distortion, norm, distortion, norm. It's hard to mentally visulize but since I don't know how to get a screen shot within Avsim's size boundaries, I have to put it in words.I can't remember when it first happened, whether it was after installing a new scenery, a new version FSUIPC, or when it was.If anyone can understand what I'm trying to say or has experienced anything like this, please respond. I'm better at answering questions you might have than I am at offerinf info.Thanks,Mike

After checking under the technical tab of FSUIPC, I found the answer to my question and fixed the problem.

Slightly OT??I recently lost the ability to move or resize windows inside FS2K2. Example, re-sizing and moving the ATC window, the GPS window, etc. to a more convienient location. I'm able to do these tasks anywhere outside of 2k2 so I was wondering if there is a "set-up?" somewhere inside the program (2k2) that I might have messed up and lost this function. Other than adding 3rd party add-ons, I did install the newest version of FSUIPC. Not that I'm blaming Pete's program, but it does do a lot of things I'm not up to par on.Any help is appreciated,Mike

Would someone explain to me in "dummy" (me) language how you install third party voice packs into the program EditVoicePacks? For some reason I don't understand the authors instructions and can't get it to work.Thanks,Mike

Scott and Kurt,The author of the 3rd party scenery did not include the switches in his file so I had to add them at the end of the area in the scenery.cfg. I have no idea what the parameters are or how big the area is that needs to be excluded, but I understand what you are saying. I did take the advice and opened scenery.cfg with word pad and was able to paste the switches that way. Everything is working fine now. Don't know why notepad doesn't have the memory capacity as wordpad, but as long as it works, I'm not questioning it.Thanks to both of you for your ideas and quick responses.Mike

Kurt,I wish I knew what kind of memory they mean when I'm told I'm out of it. I have no problem adding more scenery through the scenery library. It's just adding the switches AFTER the new scenery is added to my scenery.cfg file which is in the form of notepad.How would I change everything over from notepad to wordpad and would 2k2 recognize the new file?I'm totally lost on this one.Thanks,Mike

Wondering if anyone out there has had this message "Not enough memory available to complete this operation. Quit one or more applications to increase available memory."? I get this message after adding third party scenery to my main scenery folder and am pasting exclude switches to the scenery area in the scenery.cfg.It seems I can add all the scenery I want, it just won't accept the swithes anymore. I have also tried manually typing them in but get the same message. I run 2K2 Pro on a 800 P3 with 512mb memory. I've also used End It All program to no avail.Thanks in advance,Mike
