  1. Hi,I cannot find anywhere this new aircraft website. Could you please be so kind to tell me where to buy it?Thanx a bunch!
  2. Ho Gosta,>Hi Torben,>>>. I know that marketing and communication law in UK and US is>very alike <>>No, it is not.oh, could you please tell me more about the differences I dont know yet? I know about the differences of write/copywrite protection between US and GER and I know that a UK onlineshop website has to have a impressum, disclaimer and Terms of Services as it is law in Germany. I do not a lot of businuess with or for UK - customers. So, if you like to teach me some, so please provide me with more info. I ever want to learn and never want to stop learning.>>I know I have two contracts.<>>You have only one contract - the purchase agreement with SSW.>The fact that SSW choose to employ a third party to handle>payments does not enter you into a separate agreement. This is not so clear to me. In Germany if I buy a product and give the money to a shop or company I have firstly the deal with them. I may buy a DELL PC from Saturn or MediaMarkt - have the deal with MediaMarkt but not with DELL. Dell may get money from MediaMarkt, not from me. If I have a problem with the PC, I go to MediaMarkt, not directly to DELL. But what if I buy a software online from SSW, but they dont have a "Terms of Services" and no disclaimer and Impressum, so I dont know with whom I have made the deal? First thought would be SWREG, not SSW. SWREG gets my money and some of it will go to SSW ones a month. If SSW would state in there Terms that every deal is with them, but they have a contract with SWREG to do the international payment stuff, I would understand happyly having only the deal with SSW. But where is that Terms of Service etc.? I not even got a e-mail responce / confirmation of havbing bought the SSW A310 from SSW! Only from SWREG! When I look into SWREG, I see no easy to find trace that I only had a deal with SSW - please correct me if I am wrong here.>>So, where is your text of your disclaimer and "Terms of>Service"? where is the text of the contract between us two?<>>Interesting question - in the absence of a written agreement,>your credit card statement is likely to be the only evidence>to support your claim that you had any business relations with>SSW. Before you start saying that this only shows SWREG, their>transaction reference number will be used to track the payee,>i.e. SSW.>>Cheers,>>Gosta.
  3. Dear comrade Evgueni, you got two e-mails from me asking for the base-installer the day I bought the A310, that was 11:13:44 on Wed Juli 16 2003.You provide us not with an impressum page with the needed info who you are, so no info about whom to contact personaly if any marketing, technical or else problem or question may come up. I even do not know if you are legal to do online-businuess in Moscwa. Well, SWREG gets and got my money first, so they are the dealer whom to contact if anything gets messed up. I know that marketing and communication law in UK and US is very alike as in Germany and I know the basic stuff about it how it goes in US. But what about russia? I know I have two contracts. One is with SWREG for where the money goes first, but as well with you in person, 'cause you sell your software to me and have to provide me with it. So, where is your text of your disclaimer and "Terms of Service"? where is the text of the contract between us two?The other thing is the issue of lack of communication with me as well as with your other customers. I went through the trouble with CaptainSim as they released the B727 Legendary. So, I experienced that when big problems are com
  4. Dear all,I am a MultiMedia Producer where I live and I can do international businuess. So, I am a real lot in the Internet and know how communication by internet works. I know what I have to do in order to be by the law and order when I design and release a WebSite or a graphic or a magazine article or even a total magazine in germany. Every one has to be able to see and find who I am and if I am legal to do businuess. When I wanna release a product online by ftp-file-server, I have to guess how many customers I will get and so how many downloads per minute or hour to know what kind of server and bandwith I have to rent. I have to have a impressum. I have to have minimum one way every one can get in contact with me and if that is even by an contact formular handled server sides, it is good for the customers - they dont need a pc-based e-mail software or to go to an online webmailer. So, my question is: How do I get to know how many customers I have to expect who will download my software I could wanna release? One way could be to ask every one to first register at my website as a customer in order to get access to the release stuff. So, they could give me all nedded data and get billed the day my software gets released. They would get an e-mail that I release and I would probably have the expected traffic, even a bit less, cause not everybody would want to download it right away. But I would know the max to expect. Of course I should release a almost bug-less software with a functioning installer etc.!Do you know any other way how a developer and marketing man in one person could the job done right? Why I have posted the data of SSW who they are is I could not find a needed impressum page at there website and I was curios with whom I do businuess! I know who PSS, CaptainSim, FSD, Dreamfleet, Flight1 and PMDG is and I know they release good software and if it needs ONE big patch, they will work to produce one. Some of the listed did the error of needing tooo long and too many bug-fixes. They will have learned by now how to treat customers and to not messing around with many fixes over many month etc. I hope to not seeing and experiencing any of these errors of treating customer when they produce and release ADDONS for FS2004!Do I cry and demand in forums to the developer to speed up and release new addons? NO! I myselfe design and develope, so I know how it goes. I can and will wait as long as it takes for them to produce and release a 96% bug-less ADDON. And when I see it is the release-day, I wanna download it right away to be able to enjoy it right away. First minute of release? NO way! I live 6 to 8 hours + of US and so only when it gets released at 16:00 GMT I could be one of the first to buy and download. But I am working and cannot be at attention 24h if somewhere something gets released! And maybe I dont wanna spent sooo much money about every month! So, am I a lemming?I know about the difference between SWREG and SSW and UK2000. F1 handles it for DF and for there own software.I know if I want to, I would get my money back without problems. Still I hope they will release and provide us with the base files we need. But I will not wait weeks. I wait month for there developement time. But when a company is sure the software is ready for release, this part has to go without problems handled by avsim or F1 etc. they have the bandwidth! Is F1 or avsim soooo expensive??? Well, maybe more than any server in russia! But the bandwidth there...???So,what do you think. Please no flaming, it would only raise your stress but doesnt do any good for SSW. The only way they would get hurt is when every one refunds right now! And that would teach them how to handle marketing and customer support! I would go for that way no matter the screenshots they provided us with. I have sooo many other aircrafts with and without FMC and GAs and airliners... I do not die when not flying the SSW-A310! Do you?
  5. I even waited two days. I never experienced that after the second day it doesnt work, even though it may be slow for broadband, but with a flatrate I dont care as far I get the files downloaded and isntalled!
  6. Hi,no, look my sign, I am german. At EDDM. I am a customer of SSW as well and got my moscow scenery and payed for the A310 at the 2th day after release. My firewall blocked the headder where the navigation buttons are. So as I deactivated my firewall and reloaded there website, I saw the nav and the button for the forum. Would I have seen that befor, I would not have paid for the A310 yet. If they are good, they should have a rented server somewhere in UK, DE or US for the download stuff what they release and a programmer who knows how to do a installer and how to provide that uppon release. So, by end of the week I gonna either see the base installer files in my member area or I ask you guys again if we could put up a tream to put real pressure uppon them. I know I would get my money back soon and fast if I wanna, but that's notthe point. Everyone have to learn how the rules of the free economics and marketing are and that they as well work within the FS2kX market. They cannot tell us a release day, even provide files with that at the date, but they doesnt work and are null zero file size and or have other problems and server problems etc. Every one else whom releases commercial FS2k2 ADDONS are testing if the server works and if the installer works etc. befor release, right? So, third day... I am ###### and fascinated!
  7. Hi all SSW Customers,I dont know what is the matter with SSW! They dont write much helping info in there forum, nor do they seem to get a simple installer and release right with the A310. Someone asked who they are. Besides I have registred in there forum, but I get no permission to write there in any way!So, I checked up who they are. The money went to the "Atlantic Coast PLC Shareware Village" in Devon UK. But everyone knows that they are from russia. So, they have NOT an full impressum with the info who they are at there website. I dont know if they have to have one, but in Germany I know I do have to have such info somewhere easy to find if I do commercial businuess. How is it in UK, USA etc.? But in Russia?Who would help me put legal pressure uppon them to provide us with more and better info about them and there project? I would even go for a international law notification against them if they do not cooperate with us.Here is the info I got:Registrant: Evgueni M Protchoukhanov Litovskiy b-r 9/7-109 Moscow, Moscow 117593 Russian Federation Registrar: Domain people Inc. 8. BIG BUMP I love this forum with REAL pilots!1!
  9. Hi,ah, rotate is not when the aircraft rotates by itself but the speed at when YOu have to start pulling back the yoke. That should not an never be after 160/170 knots. Even with about full loaded I got ever the -600 rotate and airborn with about 160kt max. easily.BUT do you have loaded the plane balanced? You see, if you have about 90% or more pax, the zero center weight point (the weight balance point) will move to the rear and so you have to have more cargo in the front bay than in the rear bay. But how do you know exactly how much where to load? The PMDG Load Manager doesnt tell you or helps you about balance. So, when off banalce your trimming will become a problem all the flight. And the takeoff behaviour as well will be a bug problem with trimm and how the plane handles just when you have airborn. Do you know how much fuel do you have to have loaded at all for a trip when you load your plane almost max or just half loaded? It is a BIG difference. And if you loaded too much, you will be too heavy to do a save landing without collapsing gears.Decide for yourself if the PMDG Load Manager is having all needed functions and gives you all info you need without doing deep study about how to load any B737 at a university or airliner flight school... But anyway, there IS a trim issue with the B737-600/-700, even when loaded balanced. I know how to load a B737 balanced, because I am a beta-tester for ACLoader v3 and v4 since 2 years.>hi,>Actaully I was at takeoff trim but as I saw then end of the>runway coming up real fast I rapidly added trim to almost full>up. 10. Hi,thanx a bunuch and lot for doing it this way than replying not at all. Top give every week or so a report what you are doing and how much you have done by then is more worth then to answere to every doupled error report. But why dont you oin up a error thread where all these are posted and it stays up first here in this forum? And only reply there about bugs, not anywhere else?Just a idea if you get my point.>Gents->>PMDG is here and listening. We're actually doing what we think>is better - rather than coming in here and replying to every>single bit of information, we gather all the material and>spend quite a bit of time to figure out how to accomplish your>requests and fix the problems.>>I have a report coming on memory usage of our bird... just>hang on a day or two more...
  11. Hi,I gave the LINK to DF737-400 first and then these tutorial files. So, if someone cares looking at the first link can see it is a -400 model and a different panel. As I am none US citizen, I do not write everywhere a warning to mind something. Will I get reported to the police or to the law keeper because of that? I guess not.If I wand to learn somethink, I do the pull methode to get info and dont expect that everyone provides me with info. I am able to collect info I need myself and mostly dont need others to point and push me somewhere befor I ask for it. Sorry, I just got out off bed and I had not the best sleep...>> Torben,>> While pointing others to the Dream Fleet 737 FMC manual,>please also inform them that the FMC modeled for that aircraft>is differn't from the newer FMC as we have on the NG and>cannot be relied upon 100%. 12. Hi,you should have a look into the http://www.Dreamfleet2000.com WebSite. They have a tutorial regarding the B737 FMC http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/Downloads/fi...F734_EC_tut.ziphttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/Downloads/fi...MC_VNAV_TUT.zipand it is mostly complete functional as the one by PMDG.
  13. Hi,that would not work at all for as long as PMDG has not patched this issue as they stated they will.I flue yesterday a nice 8xxnm trip at FL270 with about 90%PAX and 50% cargo and 12000lbs fuel.I choosed VC without V-Cabin.I experienced that my WinXP pro SP1a used unusual much page file on my HDD. Normaly I see about 400 to max 500 MB useage of page file while flying B747-Ready for takeoff or alike, even I gave Windows the space of 1000MB. But with PMDG B737TNG it went up to around 900MB usage of swap file! When I wanted to switch to other programmes I run in background like FSBuild, ActiveSky, etc. I experienced that Windows toke its time BIG time to remember how to handle them... If you get my point. Well, if you have a LOT more RAM it would solve the problem and speed up everything else as well. And than when PMDG has the patch released... WOW. But I just see no need to invest right now into more and better RAM (more speed etc.) 'cause I see my 768MB 2100 works just fine and only with dense UT-AI traffic at UK2002 Heathrow or alike I get a slide-show. But thats up to my CPU, I have this slow AMD XP 2400. But to go for a XP 3000 Burton would still be a waste of money, cause I would not gain so much more performance as I wish and the XP3200 is double as expensive...So, what to do? I wait and dont fly this aircraft 'till it got patched by PMDG.>Anyone increased their ram and had an increase in performance>for the 737?>>I've got 512Mb ram and am getting the inevitable frame-rate>death and hard disk activity.>Am thinking of increasing to 1Gb>>Alan
  14. Hi,I have about 186 ADDON scenery for FS2k2 and wonder if I can just move them over to FS2k4 when I have it without loosing a scenery or have to edit the listing very much. Same questions goes with aircrafts. I have 80% of GMAX aircrafts and can I just more and then fly them all to FS2k4?

Hi Ryan, this option to install or not the Load Manager is uppon you as a customer, 'cause you have the option on buying one with a lot more functions at SimMarket and not need to use the one from PMDG. There is this other Load Manager which loads ALL civil airxrafts of FS2kX, no matter if GA or Airliner. I will not tell you if it is so much better than what PMDG provides. But you may have a look here to see for yourself and maybe if you buy it, you may tell here if it is better or less good by experience.http://www.fsflightdeck.com/acloader.html>Why isn't it installed by default? Someone who didn't>install it now has to transfer registration etc just to get>it? Seems like it should be installed by default...>>Ryan

  17. Yes, that sounds ok. A developer and salesman have ever to compare how much profit loos will come up by pirates and how much will get lost of customers whom tell others how unuseable the protection system is, 'cause it makes too much trouble for the ones whom doesnt do illegal stuff and so other will keep off buying the software.I dont know.. hope you get my point.
  18. Sir,this loading and balance issue is now a matter strictly between you and Scott Campbell, developer of ACLoader. You two may provide each other with free software and info, so the amount of both your customers will get the best support you can provide them without you and Scott are fighting each other. You both have developed and released realy nice ADDON software and they should work with each other.I will keep off writing bad about your loader and you please will keep off writing bad about ACLoader in any way. Both work, but if one works better or less good is completely uppon customer experience. Customer will surely provide both of you with experience reports in different forums, so you both may gain productivity and prospere by the customer reports and develope even better software versions.Just as a customer of both I see no automaticly computed balancing by your Loader. If you, as a customer, dont know a real lot about how to load a airplane, you never know if your PMDG B737 is loaded in balance. So, there will always be a problem with trimming and flying, as well as with fuel. The AP will try all its best to fly the plane even when it is out of balance, not only having maybe problems with heavy weather situation. So, fuel will get used and burned not balanced when the plane is not mostly good trimmed and in balance of the weight it carries. So, please just get over your hight and big ego attitude and think about how a DAU (dummest assumed user) customer might use the "PMDG 737 Load Manager" and so get a realy unbalanced aircraft... What you may do about it and if info exchange with Scott could give you usefull tips and if ACLoader may be better is uppon you and Scott. Here are some screenshots about your Aircraft loaded with your loader without consideration of the physics of flightdynamic and how much cargo/Pax loading in balance or out of balance influence the AP trimming of your aircrafts.http://forums.avsim.com/dcboard.php?az=sho...5886&page=#8309
