EU rules publishers cannot stop you reselling your downloaded games
As Long as original users delete the "sold" software I see no reason why it should cause any significant issues. Using the second hand car analagy you would not expect the same support as if you were the original owner !!! Maybe I am missing something here perhaps? This would actually make it more likely to buy new versions of software as I have had the experience with the previous one so that should positively affect producers . Brian Harrison ( UK)

PFC setup with 737NGX
Bob, thanks for info re psu. I will go and get a new one as this is as old as the original (circa 2005) and may well be issue as you state. If i cannot get 3.5 amp I will get the next available higher one ..thanks for your assistance,Brian HPS what size is the power connector , I have found several psus, mostly 5a 12 v but all have a 2.1mm connector. Is this right or will I need to butcher an old psu I have which has the correct connector???

PFC setup with 737NGX
Thanks Tom. Just installed it and things are better with far less jitter. Have ordered the latest upgrade to the cct board on the throttle controller which has all chips soldered in place as opposed to mine where several are socketed and thus can work slightly loose over a period of time. I'll let you know how it goes.cheers Brian

NGX SERIES VOTE
Only one I'm not that keen on is 900. A bit unwieldy but I suppose its just learning the individual nuances . On balance the 800 currently wins but still like 700 and 600. Need a lot more practice with them yet.Brian H

PFC setup with 737NGX
Thanks Simeon, I have replaced all pots on joystick and rudder but not throttle yet as this will need a strip down of the throttle console which will have to wait til I get an upgraded controller boardMy throttle console is about 10 years old! and has had heavy usage as well , but I did try to apply some spray contact cleaner the last time I took the covers off .I suspect I may have to replace the six linear throttle pots now !cheers Brian HPS it was a serial connected setup and I have had to put in a serial/USB adaptor in to use it on my current system.

Yeah... We aren't quite finished yet...
You can look at it this way as well. The huge interest in it shows how very keen people are about this version of the 737 and this is really good for us all.Even the relative few who are perhaps a bit over forthright and let their feelings affect their comments both for and against still can have valid points. Emails and forums are not the easiest things to express oneself clearly and concisely.. cheers , Brian H

Yeah... We aren't quite finished yet...
Compared to the fiasco of the in service date ( year ! ) for the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner which promises so much, PMDG have nothing to worry about !!BrianH
