  1. Hi, Just run the installer again.... re-enter the serial if asked. Easy peasy lemon squeezy 😉 You're allowed to update your machine, just not run the software on multiple computers at the same time. Cheers,
  2. It could be some other component on your computer.
  3. Try again, but leave the trim at 0. I think that video may be a bit out dated. I recall we modified the Trim function in a later update.
  4. Just letting Pushback Express users know that it appears that with the latest Fenix Airbus update (1.0.2.104) you no longer need to press "Start" in the EFB prior using Pushback Express. This is good! Cheers,
  5. It's not the installer. You told me before it worked until you updated the BIOS on your computer. When you updated your BIOS, something changed on your computer.
  6. Generally speaking, the trim should be around 0. Why are you setting it to 31?
  7. It's pretty simple... just watch this:
  8. I suspect the Fenix has de-coupled the rudder and is doing something heavily custom. Can anyone else comment on this? Can you try "Distance Pushback Mode". That's what most people use nowadays anyway since it pushes you to the taxiway line automatically after you place the pin.
  9. It's not the installer. Try this: https://lp.pcsystemfix.com/s-fix-windows-errors/?error='0Xc0000005' Errors&gclid=CjwKCAjwv-GUBhAzEiwASUMm4nfZLjRJhqFeJwo9AYU1pPdCEse5MJRd8GaIAJlBX43GgO8MrvEOIRoCX1UQAvD_BwE
  10. Hi Stewart, If using one of the advanced 3rd party planes, your rudder may be disconnected. Check that the rudder physically moves on the aircraft.
  11. Most mother boards these days have their own own board sound cards that are more than sufficient. You've tried using a USB headset and selecting it as your output audio device?
  12. Try changing your audio hardware as well.
  13. It sounds like you should. Use Hard / Soft mute instead. When you're physically muting, it sounds like it's dropping the connection to the speech recognition engine.
  14. Mute the mic using hard or soft mute? Or mute the mic physically?
  15. Glad you were able to isolate it 😉
  16. Well, I've never heard of having to run Make Runways twice, but if it did the trick for you that's all that counts 😉
  17. Windows 11 is not the problem. The problem is when you updated your BIOS, you somehow did something to your computer. Cheers,
  18. Check your audio input setting in Windows. And run the voice training again in Windows. I suspect in a recent update your Windows forget that your USB headset is your desired "audio input" device. Failing that, check this: https://fs2crew.com/fs2crew-voice-control-setup-help/
  19. We're putting the finishing touches on it 😉
  20. Hard to guess. Did Logitech recently release an update?
  21. It's hard to guess. If OPSF is very very close, I can only surmise it's conflicting.
  22. File sent via WeTransfer. Cheers,
  23. RAAS, like all the new FS2Crew MSFS products, generally operate outside the MSFS process. Theoretically it can't really cause MSFS to crash, but in the world of computers never say never. I'd start my removing addons one at a time from your Community folder to try to isolate. Cheers,
