I didn't want to be the one to break the news but PMDG is actually a secret U.S. government agency and all the developers are currently furloughed due to the government shutdown. We can all stop continuously checking the Ops Center for the update as they won't be back to work until next week at the earliest. 😂 Eric Paul

Just finished building a new computer. The specs are below. After a couple hours of flight the textures start disappearing in the MD-11. Never had this problem with my old system. I attached a pic of the vc and a shot of my Nvidia inspector screen. Thanks Noah and Ryan for the help. I guess now I will have to start the tedious task of reinstalling FSX and the addons to the new SSD. In the long run this is probably the best thing to do anyway. We'll have a clean install for the NGX!Thanks again,Eric Paul

Hello All,I purchased a new SSD and want to use it exclusively for FSX. I plan on simply moving my FSX folder over to the new drive and run a reg fixer to edit the cfg's. Will this work for payware addons such as PMDG aircraft? I'm hoping not to do a full re-install. Thanks in advance,Eric Paul

Has anyone solved this problem yet????I have the FSX version and am suffering from the same issue. I had no problems for months and then all of a sudden would freeze up when entering the city pairs....also freezes up when I use CoRoute.Eric

MD-11 is freezing up when entering airport pairs in MCDU. I had this same problem about a month ago and had to do a full reinstall of FSX :(. The reinstall solved the problem but now it is back again.....after about 10 flights. No new software has been installed. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?????? Very frustrating. I really don't want to have to reinstall FSX every month or so. Thanks,Eric

Strangely enough there were no error messages associated with the CTD. After contacting support I reinstalled FSX and that cured the problem.

Anyone know what could cause this??? I'm still dead in the water.

Hello,I have been flying this aircraft ever since the day it was released and only recently have had this issue. I even did a system restore back to the day after I installed the MD-11 and it did not cure the problem.Everything works great up until I try to enter the "from/to" in the MCDU. Once I enter the airport combination FSX freezes and crashes to desktop. All other functions in the MCDU are working porperly. My OS is XP professional, FSX sp1 and sp2 (no acceleration).Any ideas?Thanks,Eric
