Hi all, I have been using PSS/posky merge for a while. Everything is great but there is always one thing that bugs me. I just can't get the right trim for a good rotation and takeoff. I have tried to follow the trim setting suggested in PSS weight calculator, but it always gives a number that the aircraft wouldn't rotate at all. Later, I try to use a trim that is 1 higher than the calculator suggested value, but that's too much. I wanna know if anyone here have this experience before? and how you guys deal with that?Danny

How is the ground texture resolution in the city? Judging from the video, it is pretty low, is it? Thats what keeps me away from purchasing.

The airport looks realistic from the video. I can spot those important buildings in the city like the macau tower, MGM, Wynn hotels etc. However, I do hope they have a trial version.

Hi all,Recently, I find the location of top beacon light on posky 777-300er is wrong. It should locate in the front section of fuselage. I have been searching for a fix. The only one i can find is for the normal model, not the VC one. I wonder if i have missed something or there is no fix for it? Since there is no support from Posky anymore, I really hope someone had looked at this problem. Thanks.Danny

Hi all,I just clicked on this video on youtube and saw those lovely strobe reflections off the ground. Is there any way to put this effect in our virtual world? I know posky 747-8 has it, but I usually fly posky 777. Is it possible to move the effect from 748 to 777? Thanks.Danny

Try to use ENBseries..it can make FS looks much better.

For anyone who is interested, the shot is at 2:43:34 of justplane Air Canada B777-300er DVD on flight AC2.It looks to me it is a fix at W180?.

I thought about that too. But if it is so, I need to locate a fix on the international day line. or Can I just enter a coordinate instead?

Happy new year guys,I am watching Justplane video. I can see the pilots have added the international day line into FMC on a trans-pacific flight and it is shown on their NDS. I am wondering if I can do the same thing on PSS 777. ThanksDanny

Hi,I am trying to install EES plus to my posky/pss merged 777. In the manual, it says light reference 7,8,6 and 9 should be reserved for EES. But those references have already been used by the posky light. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thx.Danny

Hi Flex, I am using PSS777 panel merged with posky's model. I did see thrust reduction after takeoff (from 101 N1 to about 93), but I just didn't hear any engine noise change. Now I am trying to add the reduction noise from TSS GE90 package to Devyn's one. Will try that~! Thanks.

The thrust reduction is done by AutoThrottle which is controlled by FMC....so next time I may try to do it myself and see what will hapen. Thanks. This may actually be what I will be doing~ Thanks!:(

I believe they are changing from takeoff thrust to climb thrust.. another video here it happens at 3:08. Devyn GE90 soundpack doesn't have this effect when I reduce takeoff thrust to climb thrust.Danny

Hi all,I have been using Devyn GE90 soundpack for years. It is a great soundpack overall but it lacks the sound of thrust reduction during takeoff. (like the sound at 0:48 )The TSS GE90 package seems to have it. However, I found its whining sound is too weak for 777-300er (more like for 777-200 to me). Perhaps I am too picky, but I am wondering if there is any other good soundpack available?Thanks~Danny

Anyone has problem with flare using this FDE?Dunno why my plane always bounces when it touches the ground.

I have contacted overland. Lets see what they will say.I also sent them two pictures to compare the FPS at different time.

Yeah like you said, it is kinda odd. I just tried to remove the 3D vehicles and indeed great performance boost. But since it works at night, I may contact overland for a better solution.Thanks!

I am wondering if anyone has any issue with the performance of Overland RJAA scenery, especially in day time. I usually get 40 to 50 FPS in big airports like imaginesim VHHH, FSDT KJFK or Cloud9 KLAX with 100% AI. However, i get only 10 to 15 FSP in Overland RJAA. What confuses me more is I can get over 30 FPS at night or dawn or whenever it is showing night texture, so I am thinking if it is the problem of the day texture files.My spec is: i7 920 OC to 3.8Mhz GTX 285 1024MB 6 G DDR3 1600Hz ram
