  1. And people wonder why PMDG keep to themselves about releases and updates, everyone carries on weather it be good or bad news! Next time I suggest PMDG not say a word till a few days before release.
  2. Very nice! Can't wait to fly this beast!
  3. Great logic there, I never actually thought of it that way but that does make sense Thanks for the info, really does fill the gaps
  4. And I don't think it's so much the website but for memory it was after installing a livery, so perhaps something in that installation of the livery made the website inaccessible.
  5. To be honest, I pirated a pmdg plane once, and once I did that I could not access the pmdg website even after reformatting due to a problem and it worked at first till I reinstalled it and couldn't access it again, then after another re format and buying the 747 it has always worked FYI - I don't pirate FSX software anymore and own several PMDG products and proud to support FSX developers Might have been a coincidence but either way good on them if they do have a way of blocking today's pirates
  6. Hopefully they give enough notice on release so I can take some leave off work
  7. Hi, Recently had some problems with FSX and just dealt with the problem till recently I did a complete reinstall and the problem still occurs and is now driving me insane. I apologise in advance if this has already come up but I can not find a solution anywhere. When playing fsx after a short time the windows 7 loading icon (the blue spinning donut shaped icon that appears next to the mouse cursor) keeps flickering, sometimes flashing 10 - 15 times a second and nothing I do in the sim will remove it, this making it very distracting when trying to press switches Thanks in advance Kane
  8. Thanks for the comment I don't mind letting people see them.. Only show certain parts I mainly use the videos for training and review them whist going through the checklists and so on just to make sure I am doing things in the correct order.
  9. Just recieved my new GoPro HD Hero 3 Black Edition and have started to film my lessons in a PA28 Warrior. Please check out my Youtube channel and subscribe new videos out once to twice a week http://www.youtube.c.../pilotkaneyboii http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czgum7NgPPg Thanks and hope you enjoy them.
  10. Not sure if just my Facebook, but i can not find the PMDG facebook page.. tried searching it a couple of times without being able to find it even though i have liked it. I check it on a daily basis but today.. no luck finding it... Cheers Kane
  11. I had the same problem a couple of years ago.. not sure what caused it at all.. but due to another problem i re-formatted my computer and from then on have had no problems..
  12. 1.4v.. Going to try and test going lower, when I tried the other night it was not stable, but will try playin with other voltages to get it down Temps only run at 55 when stress testing at that vcore
  13. Thanks for the info I will try that I got it stable at 4.2 finally but voltages are a bit high. When you say your cpu is not a great overclocker, I have heard two of the same builds could run differently and one better than the other, like a car I guess. Is that purely just the CPU that won't allow the overclock as high as another or is it a combination of both CPU and mobo? Reason I ask is if its just the CPU maybe I might invest in a new one Thanks
  14. I think they may be wrong. Thought I would flash my bios to f10 and turns out it disabled my USB ports and I can't seem to find my ps2 to USB adapter. Once I get this issue fixed I will get back to you on how that goes
