November 16, 201213 yr Hello, Ive been trying to access the PMDG website for quite some time now on Firefox but it says: "The Connection has Timed out" I've also tried Connecting to itusing IE9, and Chrome. I've also looked into firewall settings and nothing is wrong there, so i don't know what the problem is. Any help would be appritiacted. Dale Munro Dale Munro [email protected] [email protected]

November 18, 201213 yr Commercial Member Gents- No problems with the site. We will occasionally go offline for a moment or two during routine server updates- but those are generally done in the middle of the night. If you are unable to reach our site- it is likely a DNS problem on your end. I would google for instructions on how to test your DNS references to see where you are pointing. We helped out a fellow with this problem a few weeks ago- and he forgot to mention that he'd installed some software as part of a crack to defeat licensing systems... It was causing the problem... Needless to say we weren't amused. Good luck resolving it- and please remember to sign your name to all posts in this forum... Robert S. November 18, 201213 yr What changed on your system around the time this all started? That is what you need to figure out. Here's something that would fix any DNS issues you may have relating to what Capt. Robert mentioned previously if you have a cable modem / router setup. Disconnect power to the modem and router.. wait a minute then plug the modem in first. Once it has made it's connection plug in the router. You will likely have to reboot any PC's in the house for them to regain internet connectivity or use 'IPCONFIG/renew' from a cmd prompt. Jon Preston
