hmmm, I get 2.5 fps.   But my system needs an upgrade. Still a massive drop in the NGX and 777.  the Md-11 I was getting about 12-15 and 20+ in wilco Airbuses.

Don't have not knowing how to use the FMC as a justification to not buy it. You can use the price though, but if you really want a nice T7 you could save for it. 

The FMC is really simple to use once you know what you are actually doing which there are many tutorials availble for it, and so much for fun than a Nav/Gps switch.

One thing you can do to improve your framerates is go into the Performance page of PMDG Options in the FMC and change everything to 15.

I was getting less frames than the NGX initially, changed this and now it feels smoother than the NGX.

I AM WITH YOU DAVECAT. I LIKE TO FLY MY ROUTES RW AND DONT HAVE TIME FOR 12 HOUR FLIGHTS. A PMDG 757 WOULD HAVE OPENED MY WALLET GLEEFULLY. ITS EVEN HARD TO FIND 767 FLIGHTS FOR A THREE HOUR SESSION. I GUESS MY NGX IS A MAIN STAY.

The new 172 is $50. This is a much more complicated aircraft, so following that logic the 777 is underpriced and the Ngx is VERY underpriced.

This plane does suffer quite heavily from the mouse pointer bug. But there is that little white box in the corner to put your mouse and save those FPS

This thing doesn't even seem to recognize I own the 777, Only the J41 has the drop down options.

Feels about the same as the NGX on my system. Possibly a little smoother. Still worse than the MD-11.

Mines sitting in the paintshop. Hopefully not long until it emerges and I can jump in her again.

(AKA I can't get the op centre to work, and I feel strange not flying in an actual livery)

Another here who can't download the liveries :(  the Op Centre does not recognise that I own the NG and 777, It only gives me options for the J41. 

Exactly the price it was in a dream I had about a month ago, and what I was expecting. It's $20 more than the Ngx for a shorter development, but all that says to me is the NGX is underpriced

I use my Iphone to browse the forums during the day when i'm out and about and can't pull out my laptop. I use the browser in mobile mode mostly, never an external app which i'm now presuming the stats are based off.

Hardly going to happen considering the cost involved in getting access to the charts database. RR already commented on this in some thread.

All this new technology, while making it easier for real world pilots, is just making it harder to develop high functionality FS addons.  Perhaps they could come up with a solution to read the sims AFCAD and display it on the ND. If that is actually possible without grinding systems to their knees it would be a real neat solution as what you see on the ND would be reflected in the sim.

Does sound odd. Could have been a Service Based Failure.

If it's not too much trouble can you take a set of screenshots with the Singapore Airlines livery? Would be much appreciated. 

The point is not to fly the LR without the rakes though, but to get the LR to look like ER. For example, the semi-fictional United livery could be without the rakes, so that it would look like an actual United's 200ER. :huh:

You still have those massive GE-90's under the wing which with the shorter wings would look a bit funny.

Yes I got (2) emails about that today/yesterday, so looks like it's really close. Will probably beat the 777.

So the 707 is decent? I've been considering it for a while and 10euro doesn't seem like a too bad gamble. Does it fly better than the 737? And what is it like fps wise compared to their 737?
