I bought this app some weeks ago and use it every time I fly the NGX, really adds to the immersion. works great, no lag, just looks great next to my Saitek panels and warthog setup. The biggest plus for me was the developer help and input. Initially I couldn't get the app to connect to my network, tried all sort of things over a week or so, nothing worked. During this time had many e mails from the developer with many useful hints and ways to approach for a resolution to the problem. Even when I was ready to give up they kept at me to keep trying and eventually we worked out the solution. This from a $20 app, where they could have just dismissed my situation and moved on. Great support, about the best from any software company I've experienced. I hope they go on to develop more screen types and aircraft, as tablets are getting cheaper by the month and a viable cockpit setup with 3 or 4 tablets would look amazing. Highly recommended.

Yes, seems to be the water settings alright, Lowered my settings to low x 1, flew for 40 mins or so and no spikes or graphic corruptions. I will try more locations and longer flights today, well done Michael, hope this is the problem area. The three water shader settings in dx10 fixer may have a lot to do with it, im not going to change those yet (as I don't fully understand there influence). I had almost given up and was heading back to dx9. will report back later today, spikes or no spikes, lol.

Same problem with my setup, I bought dx10 fixer, runs great for a few minutes, then spikes every time. I have a 7970 3gb and msi afterburner showing 35% load, no excessive temp, Using AS2012 seems to increase to unwanted effects does not do this with dx9, very strange. I will try a fresh cfg and add one tweak at a time as suggested, hope we find a solution to this.

Thanks for the info Bluenose. Very disappointing to hear, I have both FSX and P3D, but have not run FSX since installing P3D. P3D runs smooth and trouble free for me. I hope at some stage that PMDG get on board with P3D (V2 at least ?) it would be good revenue and future income for PMDG, I want to buy and support their products, so back to the NGX for me. Im sure in the future all PMDG products will be compatable with P3D, might take 1-2 years, but pretty confident that it will happen.

I know PMDG has stated that the 777 is for FSX only, but the 737NGX does work with P3d. Early days but can anyone confirm if 777 works in P3D. Thanks
