hi KamanIf you are interested in Africa sceneries, there are several for South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban etc.) on SimMarket from NMG Trading.I am from South Africa but living in Dubai currently. I have not tried these sceneries. However, with the GEX Africa + SceneryTech Landclass Cape Town is quite nice to fly into. Table Mountain actually looks like a table, in the default FSX it looks like a hill.Anyway - you have a very impressive FSX collection there RegardsMalan

HiI had the same issue. I now use EZDok with TrackIR. I can now hot-key to the FMC and do the input with TrackIR deactivated. No more jitters trying to hold still while doing input. This also removes the need for 2D panels for me. regardsMalan

hi all I found the cure - apparently I am an idiot who don't read properly . I downloaded the cumulative update and not the original installer. This installs and runs, but of course certain files are missing and this is the reason for the crash on startup. I took some time (thanks for tips guys) but I finally noticed the problem when looking through the capture file of Process Monitor from SysInternals and noticed it does not find some files. Then I tried the install on my wife's PC and noticed the same problem and thought the install file must be corrupt. A re-visit to the website and I noticed that the file I downloaded is half the size of the file on the web So - now to finish everything and test this baby out! hi I downloaded the trial and it immediately crashes on startup. I tried to register on the Aivlasoft support forum but up to now my registration has not been activated. So, it seems to be a great piece of software and I would like to use the opportunity to participate in the 20% discount since it is quite pricey, but until now I had no success. hi I checked again, using the PMDG 747 landing at CYVR 26R and have the off-set (so it could be scenery). However, can someone enlighten me on why it says CRS261 at the bottom, and IRD/262 at the top? thanksMalan

hi MarijnIt's been a while since I did it. The only recommendation I have is to look in FSX - Settings - Scenery Library. Here you can move the priority of the Aeroworx scenery higher which should make it the default. In addition, under "Display settings", you should go to "Customize..." and check that under "Scenery" you use "Mesh Resolution" equal to 1 meter. This will force FSX to use the highest detail mesh available.Cannot think off the top of my head of anything else,regardsMalan

hi MarijnI used the Aeroworx scenery a while ago. If I recall, it did make a big difference with Table Mountain. Just make sure that the order of the scenery files is correct during installation and that you set the level of detail in FSX correct.I am now using the FSGenesis world terrain mesh, and must also say Table Mountain looks correct. I have also noticed a lot of other differences from terrain that I know vs the FSX default, so in general it is quite OK for the money.regardsMalan Smith

hiI just bought RC4, and managed to install it under Windows 7. I am an FSX user.Somehow, the FSUIPC text display did not install, but I downloaded the ZIP file and copied the DLL into the "Modules" folder of FSX.Now, I can see the text display when I run FSX, but I do not hear any ATC voices, and I am not able to interact with the window. I.e., when I press 2, 3 etc as displayed in the window nothing happens. I changed all number keypresses to Ctrl+number, the display then show C2, C3 etc, but again no key inputs seems to work.I have the LDSIM 767 installed, I have also tried other FSX airplanes, but no luck. I have disabled ActiveSkyX, still have Ultimate Traffic 2 running.Any help or ideas are appreciated.--Malan
