Hello, I recently purchased an watercooling set for my PC, so that i could clock my i7 930 to 4,0-4,5GHz, i can say that the temps are great. I also bought an SSD for Windows, and put my FSX on my HDD, with the idea it would be faster to have Windows and FSX on an other HDD.However, my performance is just bad. With ONLY the NGX installed i get around 30 fps on a default airport, so you can understand that with GEX, REX, and an Aerosoft airport this will drop far below the minium to enjoy the sim (and my bucks i spend on this PC).I have no idea why it is so bad, its not due the overclock because at stock speed my fps drop even futher.. Complete specs: OCZ 700W PSUAsus P6T SEi7 930 @ 4,0GHzGTX4606 GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston HyperXKingston 96 V+100 SSD (boot)Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB (FSX and other games) My settings are normal for the machine i have, water is set to Low x2 and clouds at midium high. No problem with the mouse pointer or somthing, maybe it drop with 3 FPS, but i have that with every FS plane.About Madrid, you need to update to the latest version (v1.02) 1.00 gave me also really bad FPS. I think that is the issue, may be something with GEX too, i'm not sure. 20 FPS are still flyable, but it isn't a really nice experience. Thanks for all the help so far! Really appreciated.

Thanks George! I lowered it to Low 2.x, still seems good when your flying the 737NGX, and it indeed add's some FPS However still when i fly out of default or Aerosoft EHAM i got 20-25 fps.. wich is really strange.

They are High 2.x because i really like the water effects. Do you think my FPS will get better if I lower them?

I see, well I'm also using GEX Europa and REX. However, in Spain GEX and REX are also there, and i have great FPS there. So i don't really see why in Spain my FPS are great, and in Holland my FPS are very bad.

Thanks, i see. The system from Alexander is a little better then my system, i will test it without Aerosoft Amsterdam X to see how my FPS are then. Callum's system is much better, and i see even you have 20fps, that really ridiculous. Does Aerosoft expect that everyone have a €3000 system?

Thanks guys, i have the latest version (1.4). I know its (too) heavy on FPS, but that doesn't explain why my FPS drop even futher when I'm away from the airport..

Hello guys, I'm having a very strange problem. My FPS at Aerosoft EHAM aren't very good, say 15-20. But when i take off, my FPS drop even futher to 13-15 fps, this is very strange because i would say when i'm off the airport my FPS should go up. At Aerosoft Madrid I'm having 25+ FPS at the ground, and after takeoff its very stable at 30 FPS by the external FPS limiter. I don't think it is really NGX related, but still I'm wondering if anyone experienced the same? My specs are in my signature. Thanks

I had a quick look around, and couldn't find a square one, will look again tomorrow, if i find one i might do it.About the empty covers, i just used my old "Call of Duty" cover, haha!

Hello, I know many of you, like me store their add-ons on DVD's, but because the DVD version of the 737NGX is about 6 months away most buy it online and burn it on a DVD. So i created a nice (I hope) looking DVD cover, and thought i could share it with you. Any suggestions are appreciated, but keep it small because i don't want to make a custom one for everyone. Obviously, I'm NOT related to PMDG in any way, it's just a cover i made myself and wanted to share it with you. There is a higher quality PNG at the attached files selection.

That should be something with your system i suppose, did the installer finish normaly? Either way i would recommend to make a ticket at PMDG.

When you start FSX you get serveral pop-up's. Accept all of them, then select the PMDG 737NGX in your aircraft menu and a pop-up should come with a activation menu. There you insert your 24 digit serial you recived via email and you should be fine.

100% Agree with David above me. If you refuse to read the manual it isn't our/PMDG's problem and then you shouldn't complain here. I think the team has better things to do right now then helping you with starting engines.. You can also watch a Youtube video about a engine start on the 737, even the old PMDG 737 will do it. Not want to be rude, but please..

I also was wondering this.. Transavia has a 184 seat layout. (Isn't so bad btw, unless your like 2 metre's tall..) Cockpit is a beter place however.
