    Peterfly3 No body is ready. PMDG manuals price is already given : 329.99 $; But the plane will be ready next sunday because of coordinations and internet streams problems.     Sorry if this already has been asked, but I was wondering about this for some time and can't seem to find it with the search funtion. Is it possible to use the lower DU as a 'camera'? When i jumpseated in the 737NG last time the captain showed me in flight some of the function and also the camera in the galley. It would be nice to just have a static picture of the galley, (like in the A320 from Aerosoft), however not necessary of course.. As example..Thanks.

    Can someone please delete those topics? For the 100th time no one can tell it until it is released! If the 747/MD11 runs smooth your probably ok, if you don't have those no one can tell you if your good or not.

    I agree, its a fair price! But not 'soo cheap' as some of you guys are saying. Maybe if you have a full time job, but for me (and many of us) as students it isn't really cheap. But, its more than worth it and i'm buying it on the release date for sure!

    Its nice to see the specs from Nick too, as seen in the video it is very smooth while it still is a beta. Still, is the trimwheel not very smooth because of the early beta or is it programed this way?

    Its just so awesome! Really really nice! Only on thing i noticed was that the trim wheel movements are not really smooth (6:34 in the video)..

    Well, in real life a new cockpit looks nice! The plane i jumpseated on was the Transavia PH-HSE. When i came in it wasn't even a month old, perhaps i was the first on to jumpseat on that plane. However, in FS i think the PMDG looks just right! Really like the 'dirt' and fingerprints, brings much life in the cockpit.

    Well, past year i was flying with Transavia Airlines, and on our flight a (pretty nice ) girl (i think she was 20 or somthing) was very scared of flying. She was allowed to go in the cockpit 'for a quick look', but she stayed in the cockpit all the flight (yes, also with T/O and landing.) So, i think it is still possible at some airliners..
