I just purchased LG - 55" Class G3 Series OLED 4K UHD TV. I have replaced my Q80T 49” QLED. Looks much better. This TV is 120 Hz. I am using DLSS with DX12 in MSFS. Everything is smooth now, I am getting around 90-100 fps on PMDG 737 and FSDT ORD scenery. So far so good.

Greetings. Trying to make a decision if upgrading my current TV will make a difference. I currently have Samsung Q80T 50” 4K TV. Overall no problems. I have powerful PC and GPU so overall performance is good, however I see some stuttering. My current TV has 60 Hz refresh rate, no G-Sync etc. I tried to enable DX12 and NVIDIA DLSS and I noticed fps went up to from 50 to 110 in FSDT ORD scenery PMDG 737. The performance was great but the only downside is that some areas on the screen looked weird when I move cameras, like small lugs. A friend of mine told me it could be due to my TV refresh rate is 60 but GPU produces much higher. He had same issue and when he upgraded his TV with 120 refresh rate this problem went away. Below are two TVs I am considering. I would like to stick with 50” screen. LG - 48" Class C3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV Model:OLED48C3PUA 50" Class Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN90C Based on reviews OLED is a better option but few things are am concerned about OLED: permanent burn-ins, aggressive ABL. LG has 120 Hz refresh rate and G-SYNC, Samsung is 120 Hz as well but no G-SYNC. Does G-SYNC really make a noticeable difference? So I am trying to make a decision if such TV upgrade worth the money, if so, which one of these two will be a better option. Thanks.

I am having this issues once again. Looks like it happens every several months. I was able to fly yesterday, but today I am seeing this message again. Tried all those steps above, no luck. What a day 😞

Interesting. I visited their website again, and found that it is comparable (now) with PMDG 737 for MSFS. I didn’t see it few days ago. Maybe they meant that motorized version is not compatible with MSFS. It wasn’t very clear. I currently have TQ from FlightSimPM. Works good but it is made mostly from plastic and composite materials. I am wondering if I buy non motorized TQ from FSC will add some realism and it feels better. Their motorized version is almost $6k. A bit expensive. From the other side non motorized version is almost $2.5k. Not cheap either.

FSC just replied to me. They said TQ were not compatible with MS2020 yet. Expected sometime in 2024 😏

Appreciate all your replies. Glad I asked. Do you use Metal Pro or Semi Pro from FSC? I didn’t see MSFS 2020 compatibility in their website.

Greetings. I am looking for a motorized B737 TQ. Looks like there not many companies who make it. I am wondering if anyone has experience with 737TQ from “Cockpit For You”. They have several different options available for acceptable price. Thanks.

Streamdeck is for cameras. I also have a profile to manage certain buttons and switches when I am too busy to move my camera like to see OVHD panel while vacating a runway after landing. So for the most part I use it for cameras. However I use FSFO software, so my FO is quite handy. The FMC is from Cockpit Simulator. I use a mount from Joy Factory and an adaptor like mini VESA. The plate I placed the FMC I made it myself. I had to be a bit creative.

Ok. I know a lot if talking here. I am just trying to make this work. Changed TARA to TA. No issues. Doing another flight to check if this is a solution for now.

I am following a topic in PMDG forum. Many people said it could be because of the traffic on TCAS. The suggestion is to turn off TA/RA and use TA only. This helped many people. I am checking it now. I already installed FSLT. I did full MSFS reinstall few days ago. Same issue. Will see if this TA suggestion will help. Thanks for help.

I have no idea why it does not work with this particular aircraft. I went to PMDG forum and I noticed other people reporting same issues. Not all if them use RealTraffic but many of them reported issues when they see bunch of traffic on TCAS on final and after landing. I don’t believe there is something wrong with my PC. As I said, couple of my friends reported same problem with only this aircraft. So all of us have a bad PCs then? I reinstalled RealTraffic and PSXT 5 times already.

OK. I have done 10 flights over the weekends. If I use PSXT and RealTraffic, my 737 (PMDG MSFS2020) becomes unresponsive after landing. Landed 5 times at different airports, she froze up 5 times. Landed 5 times without RealTraffic and PSXT, no issues. Spoke to my friends who use RealTraffic, they reported exactly same issue. I have a feeling PMDG 737 is not fully compatible with the 737.

OK. Every time I use PSXT on PMDG 737, the airplane freezes after landing with no exemption. I am going to hold off using this software till this problem is resolved.

This is exactly what I have been doing. I have no problems with any other applications on my PC, so my computer is fine.

Well. i spoke too soon. Once again, no live traffic after FL100. This time the trick cycling to Live traffic then back to PSXT didn’t work. I don’t know what is going on. I spoke to my colleague as well, he noticed same behavior. Is it possible to see Traffic stream as Live 0 in yellow font because there are no traffic in the vicinity which meet the criteria to be visible visually and on TCAS?

OK. I have done several flights, so far v2.0 is working as expected. I see traffic on the ground and in the air. Q. Do I have to start RealTraffic in Spotter Mode first and then change to PSXT or I can start in PSXT mode right away? I noticed when I start in PSXT mode I see a message ‘Waiting for data’ indefinitely till I cycle to Spotter mode first.

Update. Cycled to Live traffic, closed RealTraffic. Started again, switched to PSXT. I see live traffic now in the air. Will keep an eye on it. I wonder why do I have to cycle this every time I am above 10,000ft to see airborne traffic. 😏

V1.9.0, reinstalled RealTraffic as well. After 10,000 ft live traffic disappear.

I did. I will reinstall it again.
