Same, been happening to me intermittently for about a week now, but my internet is fine!

H, I have the same issue, I recently upgraded to Win11, installed the Product Download Manager then installed FS2Crew/FBWA320/ PBE&RASS. Now MSFS will CTD about a minute into the loading screen! I uninstalled all 3, deleted residue folders, MSFS works fine; reinstalled FS2Crew...CTD, rinse, repeat. I had no issues with Win10,not sure what's going on with Win11?! I hope that you can provide a fix. This feature was working in earlier FBW releases and stopped working after an update, which, unfortunately, is often the case with MSFS & FBW, not blaming anyone, just saying. E.g. if you fly the FBW A32N then you've probably noticed the ND Terrain button now says INOP after the last update. I expect these features will be reimplemented in due course.

Just create shortcuts for the PACX menu and HUD, it's easy to do in the options menu. Then you can hit a key to toggle them off/on as needed. Even better, get a good headset and go hands free, together with PBE it's a great way to fly! 🙂

I didn't know Flightsim.to had EGLL, I only ever saw EGKK, mind you I never searched for it! I'll have a look now, cheers 🙂

You're right, I do own the Premium version. I didn't stop to consider that EGLL is not a default airport. RAAS is working perfectly on all 10 of my Marketplace bought airports, no other errors or crashes. Still, I look forward to the release of this new tool you're working on.

Ok, some progress, it works at RKPC but not at default EGLL. I'll test airports that I regularly fly to and report back...Oh, and BTW, the admin rights issue seems to have resolved itself...I wish this issue would too! BOOM! 😄 Addendum So far, I've tested a mixture of default (EDDF, ESSA) and 3rd party (EKCH, LFSB, LSZH,KSAN) airports and they all worked without exception. I tried EGLL again and unfortunately got the same result, clearly there's an issue with Asobo's Heathrow but what? Any help appreciated, thanks

Firstly, Happy New Year Everyone! I just installed RAAS, that all went smoothly. I fired up MSFS (Steam) loaded the FBWA32NX at Asobo's' Heathrow EGLL, opened PBE, A32NX then RAAS and was greeted with the message "No airport/runway detected! Probable cause: Encrypted Marketplace airport or no airport in range" I have ticked the "Run as Admin.." option but the usual blue/yellow shield isn't applied to the app's desktop icon suggesting that the option hasn't been applied. According to the Info Centre, everything installed correctly apart from the last line that reads 2022.01.01 11:57 - Scanning MSFS@S scenery files........................................then the program quits! Any thoughts?

Hi all, After much anticipation I recently upgraded PBE & FBW A30N but unfortunately and very unusually I encountered a problem with the installation...sigh! It was a Friday afternoon so I submitted a ticket not expecting a response for a day or two. To my surprise I received an email from Bryan within the hour. He suggested that we establish a remote connection as the problem would be easier for him to resolve this way. 15 minutes later both apps were installed and working. I just wanted to publicly thank Bryan for his superb support.

That kit should be more than adequate for P3D and then some! I’m getting very good to excellent performance with an i7 8700k @ 4.8ghz, GTX 1080ti and 16gb of 3000mhz DDR 4 ram. I avg 45fps in urban areas such as Heathrow and 60+ everywhere else and that’s in the PMDG 737 with TrackIR, FTX Global, EU & US Landclass, AS & ASCA, Envtex+Envshade, GSX2, Ut2 and a plethora or airports and other addons so you should be golden Captain.

Hello Captains, Do any of my fellow Active Sky users also use ZA free or Pro, if so how is it configured for AS? Recently, after an update, it began interfering with ASP3Dv4.5; specifically it never rains in southern California.....nor anywhere else for that matter! AS is properly installed with admin rights and full permissions in ZA. AS communicates with HiFi's servers and downloads weather updates as normal but ZA is somehow obstructing this data from getting through to P3D. I noticed this abnormality recently when we had a heavy downpour one day, yet none at my local airports within the sim. Not a spot of rain, until I shut down ZA, then...viola...rain, glorious rain! From the manual "In order for proper radar data communication to take place between ASConnect (server) and ASP4 (client), you must open the Radar data network port (TCP) on both machines for incoming packets. By default this port is 19284" I suspect that this is the problem, can anyone tell me how to open this port in ZA? I'm using a single Pc btw, any help appreciated, thanks

Hi Neal, I have GSX Pro ATC-X & MT6 plus a plethora of add-on airports and have never experienced problems with Afcads, I don't even have to delete duplicate bgl's! Have you tried running MakeRunways?

I had the exact same problem, solution found here did the trick - disable fuselage shake in ezdok v2.1

Firstly I respect everyone's opinion, which I'm sure is based on their own experience. This is mine, I have the same CPU as Captain420 with HT enabled, and run an Affinity Mask of 80. This is because HT is good outside of FSX and I don't want to go into the bios every minute to enable/disable it. AM 80 will use physical cores 3 & 4 and ignore the virtual ones, leaving 1 & 2 free for the OS and running programs, weather etc. Extensive testing and benchmarking on my PC showed a marked improvement with HT on and AM80. For me,FSX ran smoother and faster, the case was opposite with no AM or AM 84. FSX loads faster, add-ons launch quickly whilst FSX is loading. Core temps are 47-54c, no heating problems but I do have the vast Coolermaster Cosmos and Corsair H80i. I bought FSX in 2006, and I've read so many articles, tried so many tweaks, upgraded so many times - one thing I've leanrt for sure is - what works for me may not work for you and vice versa, even with similar or identical specs. Give it a try, you've nothing to lose and possibly much to gain.

I've tried the most of the popular weather programs and recently changed to OpusFSX, its the best weather program I've used to date. Its a small 13mb download, has excellent weather synthesis, light footprint and little impact on framerates. Try the demo, you won't be disappointed.

MTX includes a dll that once installed will show up in the fsx menu (you must have fsx sdk installed). This will allow you to view traffic around you and, I believe, follow selected aircraft to its destination.
