Since yesterday I have in FTX Central no longer an apply option to switch to the several regions and hybride mode. It remains on Global and no apply-button is available. Did I misses something? The PMDG 777 is well known for its VAS-usage and I won't be the only one that sometime is confronted by "the ringing of the bell" to warn for a coming OOM. When flying this morning from EHAM to EGBB I noticed of course a continuous shrinking of the available VAS using FSUIPC to monitor it. I changed from windowed mode to full screen mode and when turning back to windowed mode I found that the available VAS was several hundreds of Mb higher than before I changed from windowd mode to full screen mode. When completing the flight I repeated this several times and every time the available VAS had grown. Maybe this is a known effect, but unknown to me. Any comments? Don Houtman

Did you try to exclude the respective lines in the configfile?

I did install the new version of the T7/200. After that I tried to install(as administrator) the extension for the 300, but as earlier mentioned I got also the message that the baseprogram for the 200 is not installed for the simulator I chosed while the 200 base is installed (new version). In the operating center (opened as administrator) there is no 300 extension vivible while it certainly is (the first version) on my system and I can fly with it. I want to be able to upgrade both planes as necessary. Do I miss something?

Ric, I had the same experience and deleted the 200-basepackage. After that the installer of the new version worked as it should. After installing I read somewhere thta updating/reinstalling is not necessary if you don't fly with FSX-SE. PMDG should have put a proper warning in the Operating Center in my opinion. I did not find the file "Traffic.bgl". Where should I look?

I run in Europe always "Global" since I installed Global Open Landclass Europe and Global Vector. Only when I fly in the UK I use "Europe".

Yes I installed ORBX AI traffic (AUS and NA) correct. When I fly in Europe no AI aircraft in the air. When I fly in one of the ORBX area the AI-airplane are alive. I will look for the traffic.bgl. Should there also be a line in the FSX.cgf (SimObjects?)?

I installed both SP1 and AP and first the were random AI aircraft on random airports and in the air. ORBX has its own AI aircraft so thats not my concern. I'm looking for the standard AI aircraft that present in the Simobject subfolder of FSX. How do I get the alive?

Since a re-install of FSX, I can't see any AI aircraft despite the fact that I put the slider in the configmenu of FSX to 50-100%. Only on ORBX payware airpotrs I find the AI aircraft. What am I doiing wrong?

No is not moving but the T777 is very sensitive on the throttles so maybe you have to recalibrate them Sent from my iPad

I found the solution. Recallibrated the axis in FSUIPC that I use for the spoiler on my joke. Thanks for the attention.

So no message in the EICAS in white when speedbrakes armed as with autobrakes or flaps set?

Of course I expected a message in white on the EICAS but it only appaers when the spoilers are fully deploied and the in yellow.

Where can I find the warninglight//message when deploiing or arming the speedbrakes/spoilers?

Kevin, I strongly disaggree with you. I have no problem whatsoever in assigning my Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog and Saitek Rudder Pedals to PMDG NGX incl. thrust reverse on the throttle quadrant. I think you did not subscribe to the PMDG NGX training that Angle of Attack is rolling out. They explain how to use FSUIPC. Have fun! Don

Jim, I found via google a hint that the Aero functionallity could be the reason for the error. Disabling the Desktop Window Event Manager in the services section should fix the problem. I give that a try and do some flights. Thanks very much for the kind efforts Jim. I let you know what happens.Regards,Don
