Hi Jim. I uninstalled the net frame and ran update. The add/remove program says I have version 4.7.2 however I get the same failure when initiating SimDirector. My appcrash summary says I have version 4.7.3062. P3D works but as I said, SimDirector does not. I had been using it the day before without a problem. I do not do auto updates choosing to do them manually. However, after working on my last scenery project I noticed that all the files were in the P3D Documents except 3 BGL files. Upon next startup of SimDirector it failed to execute. Again, any thoughts? Thanks, Ken

While loading SimDirector I get and error saying there was a problem with Prepar3d exe. It is apparently due to clr.dll 4.7.3324.0 Windows 7. Reboot does not solve the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts.

I have all my scenery except ORBX on my 1TB E: drive. No problems at all.

It is a fantastic scenery. Probably my favorite. However, I was unable to see the water pools on a very rainy day at KLAS today. Yes, I have it checked in the configurator. Anyone else notice this?

Do the UltraCity packs add anything more than the state's do? I had a bunch of MSE back in the day but haven't used them much with ORBX. I have a few for the states surrounding where I live in MT. I disable them in the winter as soon as the snow comes. NV looks great and I am thinking CA and AZ as well.

I have explored that to no avail. I also posted on Fullterrain. So far nothing has worked. I have no idea what happened to make them go away. I am waiting for the new KLAS to be released and it will solve the Las Vegas issue but I am really curious as to what I did or what changed to have them gone. i can get the sky scrapers in Phoenix but the football stadium downtown is gone.

To be clear....do you set the digit in Scanline sync to "2"? Or to "60"? The number "60" is in the big box on the bottom right side. I assume it is reading 60 htz. Never mind, figured it out. I was reading the directions wrong. Thanks for the help.

I'm a little confused how to use this. Do you have to click on the application every time you prepare to fly? It minimizes to your tray after you open it. That would lead me to believe that it only works when you want to activate it. The posts above would lead me to understand that once you set your parameters and then reboot your computer will always use that refresh rate. Can someone enlighten me please. Secondly, the original post indicated that he only set the refresh rate at 2 (1/2 refresh rate) to receive excellent results. Is it best to set the frame rate limiter at 30 within RTSS?

For us dummies, how do you create a profile for P3D? I only use computer for P3D sim. Is profile necessary?

I have a strange situation and I am at a loss to figure out what happened. On at least to airports, Flightbeam KPHS and FSDT KLAS some of the city autogen buildings have disappeared. Such as the downtown skyscrapers and football stadium at KPHX and a several at downtown Las Vegas. I recently installed Aerosoft Las Vegas to give me back some downtown scenery but even then the triangle shaped casino is gone. I cannot think of anything I have done to alter them other than disable appropriate AFCAD files to allow for the third party airports. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution?

I to have been having issues with CP. My question, do you have to reinstall TrackIR and simconnect after uninstalling CP in all instances?

I generated the report and emailed late last week. It continues to do this.

I had the same red X issue and Shaun since me the fix in a very timely matter. KHOU and KBHM are both very nicely done. I would recommend them if you want those airports.

I am not sure as where to ask this question so what better person to ask than an airport developer. I would like to block out some parking spots in 3rd party airports and place static aircraft and ramp vehicles in them without an AI plane parking in them. Is it possible to do so and if so could you tell me how that could be done. Thanks

No. It typically happens while in VC.

The VC camera frequently freezes up. I can go to spot and all is well however a return to the cockpit reveals the camera is locked in one position. I have to disconnect ChasePlane and then reconnect to free up the camera. I use TrackIR, Windows 7, P3Dv4. It does not matter which plane I use. I am nearing the point of uninstalling CP. I really only use CP for the motion effects. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

As the title says, I have one big red X over gate A2 and no jetway present. I thought I would contact you before I tried to fix it and mess with deleting files trying to find the problem. All other jetways are fine. Any suggestions? Thanks Ken
