Load the SHORT panel state, change fuel to some smaller amount, 5 tonnes or so, save it as a new panel state.

I'm having the same problem, both from LONG and C&D states with a reboot in between, comes on during engine start.

The sound output device for the NGX sounds can be changed in the FMC. Found it myself when I had the same problem.

I know SAS uses a CI of 6 on european flights.

Ok, I have only had the problem once since switching to Squawkbox and refreshing ASE solved it in that case. I guess there is a lot of similar problems with different pieces of software.

Or just press the large Refresh button in the ASE menu.

If you are using FSInn it is a well known bug, not really possible to solve it in an easy way without switching the weather to CAVOK, so I switched to Squawkbox.
