Hi all, well I know topics about sweetfx are here somewhere but could someone advise me as to how to assign a new keystroke to Sweetfx, as my key board does not have scrolllock key to be able to turn Sweetfx off & on, as for the Pause key to inject new shaders I guess I could assign a new key for FSX to pause the game instead, (am I correct?). I have had a really bad time with the ENBseries CTD's but this does look like it works. If anybody could help me out that would be great. Cheers Rod.

Could someone tell me if having AES as no.1 on the fsx scenery list sounds right? I haven't touched the list for any reason but it's above all UTX, FTX scenery packages and addon airports, just a quick question. Cheers Rod.

Thanks guy's but I cant seem to get a good mix with ENB as I've tried many different settings but it all seems to be to dark especially in the VC mode of the NGX, and could someone point me the right direction for a default cfg file of ENB. Cheers Rod.

Hi all, this maybe the wrong place but can I be advised as to what version of Nvidia Inspector has the tear control option in it as I've had NI for many years and as of now have the latest version but I still don't see the tear control option. Cheers Rod.

Well Arjen after dramatic driver issues that I'm finally over and back to the old trusty 285 driver (for me anyway) I've tried a few combinations regarding 120HZ and frame rates and can report that locked at 60FPS in fsx and 1/2 refresh rate in NI gave me a constant 55FPS (didn't think that would happen) but in VC mode (NGX trial aircraft) it dropped to a constant 25FPS, tried locking 40FPS inside fsx and a refresh rate of 1/3 inside NI and behold I have a constant 40FPS in spot view and nothing less than 30FPS in VC mode, very smooth and very happy no more external frame limiters for me this works great. Also downloaded the 314.07 and fsx became unusable as it changed the sim mode to 3D and in the new 314.07 control panel there is no where to turn 3D off, as I've found with my system series 3 drivers totally don't work for me so roll back to the 285.27 driver and everything back to normal. Rod.

Thanks Arjen, I'm using 1/4 refresh and locked at 30fps in FSX and I do have FFTF set at 0.15 already so I guess that's the best I can do but I must admit I am having some graphic's card driver issue's at the moment which is not helping so at the moment trying to also sort the best driver for my GTX560M 3gig dedicated card, I do appreciate your input.THANKS. Thanks Arjen I will give it a try as I do get some micro stutters at times will try 1/4 refresh rate in inspector with locked at 30fps and 60 at 1/2 refresh rate, thanks for the input. Cheers Rod.

Thanks for the input just having a play with some settings but even locked at 60fps it doesn't seem to much over 30fps anyway.

Hi all, just would like to know if anyone has had a problem with vertical screen tearing whilst panning around outside and when crusing close to cloud formations? This problem of vertical screen tearing is quite bad to the stage that the sim actually pause's for a few seconds. I havn't had this issue before but only noticed it happening since I installed ASE, I've always used Bojote's Cfg file with vsync enabled in nviida inspector with the sim always running very smooth at 30fps but at the moment it's impossible to complete a flight with ASE running, any advise would be appreciated. Hi Bryan, I have upgraded my button control version to 2.0E and now understand that I can't use the failures (but so be it), but I'm a little confused as when FS2crew starts up the voice tell's me that there is a later version 2.1E and to visit the web site for further information, does this relate to the button version? as I can't seem to find how to upgrade my button version to 2.1E, or is there a way to stop the update advise given to me when I start FS2crew. Hi all, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with over clocking this card within Nvidia inspector? I can open show max clocks and push it up a bit but how far is to far? I've pushed it up to 920/1840/1625 but is there an option to adjust the fan speed as it stay's grey out and unable to adjust it. I haven't seen any major increase in temperature's at all, if somebody has any views on this subject it would greatly appreciated. Cheers Rod.
