  1. Nope, this is for 4.2 and later only. I just didn’t upload to the library at this time because I didn’t make intructions.
  2. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9zlve2zezva14je/AACTtvUEM642_3DvTZ0fz6vXa?dl=0 Hey, everyone, I have updated N421SV to work with the amazing new textures! Thank you to the developers for their amazing work!
  3. Thank you! Do you know anything about the paintjob that is shown on the new flysimware site?
  4. Most of my work has been updated. You should download and install the first version following the directions in the "readme" file. Then download the updates file that I uploaded separately. Follow the instruction in that "readme" file. Without seeing how you have it in your computer, I can't tell you exactly what is wrong. If you take some pics of it I can probably help if what I said above does not work.
  5. This is looking great, Scott. Really well done!
  6. Thanks, Scott! I guess I never uploaded them, I'll get working on that
  7. Sweet, glad you like it! Note to everyone: with 2.1 being released they added the fuel jettison "pipe" under the rear of the tip tanks. For all of my repaints, copy the "5" texture from any of the 2.1 release paint jobs. It contains the texture for the pipe that wasn't there on the 2.0 paint jobs that my paints were done on.
  8. I'm at Mach .8 at 86-87 rpm. At that altitude it will go to 90-93 rpm. So it's still reduced thrust for cruise, but a more realistic value in my opinion
  9. My logic comes from watching footage of the aircraft. If you watch it, or look at flightaware data on climb rates, there's a discrepancy. This addon out of the box will having you at mtow going up at 3000fpm in the 30000s. No way lol. It's not that good. Not without bleeding off a ton of airspeed to briefly reach that rate at that altitude. And 90 percent rpm climb? Sure. But you're not going to pull over 6000fpm at low altitude. Not unless you're super light. And at cruise you have to bring power back into the 70s like 75 on the rpm. Which the real aircraft is cruising using about 90 percent rpm. I've got mine up to 86-87 and that's the best I can do with the simulator limitation. The 25 is 3000lbs lighter than the 35 at mtow. And that's mostly because it has smaller wings I think. It also has 1000 lbs LESS total thrust than the 35. I believe the max climb rate is 6300fpm in a Lear 25? And the 35 is around 4300? My point is those numbers differ so much not because the 25 is a miracle jet, but because the 25 is limited on how much weight it can carry because of the wings. So it will climb faster on less powerful engines than the 35 because of that decrease in weight. And slightly less drag because the engines have a Lower profile. Obviously most of this is just my opinion and I'm not a real pilot! :p
  10. Yeah, that would definitely be a hard one to make look good with all those small lines. I'm not going to say it won't get done, but it looks pretty difficult for me at least.
  11. Also for everyone else, most of my paints have undergone further revisions as I've learned more. So if you have a favorite, message me and I can get you the latest for that paint job.
  12. Click on the captain yoke. F/O yoke activates the tie downs.
  13. Yes, to all of the above. It is all very well done, inside and out. With 2.1 being out, the simulation itself is about as real as it gets. The only knock I have on it is that I believe it to be over-powered. I have adjusted the .air and .cfg files to my liking. If anyone else feels this way about it feel free to let me know and I can give you my files and see if you like it.
  14. Just enjoying the new OpenLC and the amazing Learjet 25 from Xtreme Prototypes! The flight into SVMD (Merida, Venezuela) is very scenic! The scenery I used for the aiport is freeware: http://www.fs2000.org/2015/12/10/fsxp3d-scenery-merida-svmd/ 2017-9-15_10-59-15-190 by Mitch Haughee 2017-9-15_11-30-56-930 by Mitch Haughee 2017-9-15_11-42-38-739 by Mitch Haughee Hope you enjoyed looking!
  15. Actually, I think it should be doable. I know Scott was talking about doing that one at some point, but I don't know if he still is.
  16. I might buy this. Such a tiny fast jet. If I wanted to go somewhere I could just go to my local airport (which would be somewhere in north California) and hop in the best looking business jet ever built. And out performs most of them. 2017-8-26_9-16-13-960 by Mitch Haughee In honor of version 2.1 being released, I have painted N25RE. Version 2.1 has a bunch of updates, such as vastly improved sounds. Trim sounds and brake sounds that sound exactly like the real thing. It's those little details to me that really make the dream feel real...
  17. Enjoy, Thank you for your contributions to our community and more specifically we Learjet fans! https://library.avsim.net/search.php?SearchTerm=gfd&CatID=root&Go=Search
  18. I actually created my own sounds for the aircraft. Not sure that I could release it though. The ones that come with it now are significantly improved over the previous version.
  19. nevermind I figured it out. It is the copilot yoke plate.
  20. awesome thanks. What about the chocks and covers?
  21. Anyone else having the pilots not showing up? I am using P3D v3. It is supposed to have engine covers and chalks (no pilots) with the battery off. When you switch the battery on the covers and stuff go away and the pilots appear. What I am getting is battery off: no chalks, no engine covers, no pilots. Battery on: no chalks, no covers, no pilots.
  22. Wow nice job! And that Canadian one has not been done. It looks like a sweet paint job too.
  23. What is the tail number and I can tell you if it has been done or not. The flysimware page has a few repaints, avsim has a few, and simviation has a few as well.
  24. Here is the look at the progress. Would you rather have the clam shell reversers painted as I have them here, or the normal look that the Lear comes with? 2017-8-11_10-41-56-462 by Mitch Haughee
