I still need help with this.

Initialization of license library failed after SP1.
I installed SP1 for the 200LR but now I get this whenever I select the plane. I read somewhere(here on avsim) that is can be fixed by reinstalling the 777; so I did this a few times it every time I would get the error. Note, it only happens with SP1 installed, without it it works fine. The ops center is up to date(v1.9 or something) if that matters.

17JUL14 - Updated PMDG 777-200LR/F and 300ER Release Information
Can I update the 777 from the PMDG Ops center or will I have to download it from the same place I downloaded the 777?

FMC just died mid-flight?
Well I "fixed" the problem. I killed all the electrical systems and put them back online, sure I had to do some mid-air reprogramming and deal with some messages but it all appears to be working now, except that now I have to do my flight with the rat deployed.

FMC just died mid-flight?
I was checking the progress page in the FMC and turned around for a minute, only to come back and see that the FMCs where completely frozen? What caused this? IS this a know bug with the 777? Everything is still working, the plane still flight the route normally and everything appears to run normally. This is what I see.

Problem with fuel predictions?
I used simbrief and the wind uplink, like I mentioned in my first post.Since this is not the real world, I'll just fly with an extra 20 000 KG till this problem is resolved. Thanks guys!

Problem with fuel predictions?
I did a flight today with the 777 from KEWR to EBBR but I had a problem with the fuel. I calculated everything to have a 10000kg reserve and when I programmed the FMC on the ground everything was good. But as the flight progressed I noticed that the predicted amount of fuel was getting lower and lower. In short, I landed with only 4000kg left in the tanks, luckily I did not have to divert or go around. I did another flight(same route)to make sure that it was not some failure or something like that. I made my flight plan with simbrief and I used a route from flightaware plus the wind uplink(second flight was with clear weather from fsx) My questions are: Is this behavior normal? What should I do to avoid this problem? Here are some picture to illustrate: Just before takeoff 1-2 minutes after takeoff Few hours later

Dispatch load planer in excel or similar?
When did I ever say I want a pro level planner? I'm asking for a simple one in for excel or something like that.

Dispatch load planer in excel or similar?
Hello, I was wondering if there is some sort of dispatch planer for the 777-200 LR similar to this one: I know there is one for the 737 in the 737 section here. Dont recommend PFPX or any of those things because I have no money. Thanks!

FYI.. Norton Antivirus detects virus
There is no need for an anti-virus. Just be smart, don't download suspicious things and don't go to strange websites. Simple enough. I ditched antiviruses 3 years ago and I still have not had a problem. And back on topic, some antiviruses are just to suspicious, its something you have to live with.

The mysteriuos pogo stick
"dive of death" Lucky it gets beta tested! Would you mind doing a flight with the acars system to see if changing cameras still gets registered as instrument lights? I get it all the time in the MD11 and 744 and rarely on the NGX. Thanks.

The mysteriuos pogo stick
Have you gotten a chance to fly the T7 for vUAL yet? How well does it work with the ACARS program?

The mysteriuos pogo stick

The mysteriuos pogo stick

Video: landing the 777 at Dubai
Shows us that we can expect nothing but the best from PMDG. The lighting looks ultra realistic and the systems look solid. Dominique V.

777 first beta impressions
Its great to have all these checklists but are the failures for all the checklists simulated? And I know it is probably to late but an awesome feature would be to have like a green bar warning(like default FSX atis) to let us know when the wing are supposed to get ripped of or the fuselage disintegrated during *ehem* atmospheric reentry *ehem*. A funny message like "Playing fighter jet pilot are we?" FMC wise the 744 is obviously the best option, but maybe the automation of the systems approximate more to the md11?

777 first beta impressions
Better get to work familiarizing myself with this bird, I've been wanting to do it for a while now. Looks like I have a valid excuse now.

777 first beta impressions
Thanks a ton for all the pics and info! I have a question though, if you have experience with the 737NGX, can some of it translate to the 777?(I know they are not type rated but maybe the at least share some features?) Thanks! Dominique V.

New winglets for the 737?
I'm sure everyone has seen United's 737 with the new Split-Scimitar winglets. Are there any plans to implement these, even just as model extension like the 747-8? It would be really nice to maybe turn them on or off like we can with the SATCOM antenna Dominique V.

How does FS2Crew interact with windws speech recognition?

How does FS2Crew interact with windws speech recognition?
I'll try and see what I can do, thanks Remember a week or so back I asked about switching voices? like US captain, AU first officer, FR crew? and previewing? I was thinking why don't I extract everything, see witch I like, then choose! And also I thought why don't I just switch the names of the tracks in the bank, that way, when the AU registry looks for the AU sounds, it finds the US ones instead.

How does FS2Crew interact with windws speech recognition?
If it just uses the API(witch I think I already got "working") I could train my voice on a win 7 installation, then copy the files with the configuration and "my voice" over to r2 for voice control to use. You think this could work? And if you dont mind me asking, what program do you use to pack/unpack the soundpacks? its in xbox format but I cant seem to get any app to work.(I hope asking this is not against the ToS, if it is, sorry)

How does FS2Crew interact with windws speech recognition?
Right now I migrated to a Windows Server 2008 r2 and as many know server does not have speech recognition. There are some ways to pass speech recognition from win7 over to r2 but I cant seem to get them working. Now my question is how does FS2Crew Voice control interact with speech recognition? does it read the files where the voice recognition is stored, does it actually use the engine itself or what? Please help me here because I really want to use voice control. Thanks!!
