    Same here, C+D startup, yellow caution light for the duration of the flight. Cant think of what I did!

    Also you can use the "A" key to switch between panel views quickly.

    Exact same problem with me too. Old card was only 6 months old, currently in warranty limbo. I think ill end up having to buy a new card.
