  1. Leo Bodnar cards are the best for switches and encoders. Also use them for Hall Sensors needed to built 737 TQ. I also use the I/O boards from Flightdeck Solutions because it drives both inputs and outputs
  2. Hi Nico, I have a lot of AI for GA aircraft. I have set all parking codes = PVT. However, should I populate the atc_id field or will PSX Traffic app select a GA aircraft based on the aircraft type?
  3. Hi Nico, When I run AILGenerator, I get A332 as an invalid aircraft code even though it's valid per this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ICAO_aircraft_type_designators From InvalidAircraftCodes.txt file: A332 // By ICAO Aircraft Type DesignatorsE:\AIAircraft\AI Airbus A330-200 - 332\aircraft.cfg A332 // By ICAO Aircraft Type DesignatorsE:\AIAircraft\AI Airbus A330-200 - 33X\aircraft.cfg
  4. Hi Nico, I just downloaded the latest version of the AILGenerator and manual. The link under section 3.4 is invalid. You may want to add a link to one of these pages: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ICAO_aircraft_type_designators http://www.airlinecodes.co.uk/arctypes.asp https://www.planespotters.net/airlines There may be others but these are the ones I used. The last one is perfect if anyone wants the actual registration number .
  5. Hi Nico. Any updates on this? Could you add it to your main website (lekseecon.nl)?
  6. Thanks Nico. My eyes are getting bad. I couldn’t see the Enter button. Thanks for pointing it out
  7. Last question. How do I save the new path to my new parked folder? I changed it via UI but then it never saves. Opens up again with parked_default. I don't see an entry in the PSXseeconTraffic.cfg file to manually set it. Is this something you can add to the next release.
  8. One more question. The last page of the manual says to move the files to the parked PSXseeconTraffic folder. There is no parked folder but there is a parked_default folder. Do I create a parked folder or replace the ones in parked_default?
  9. I've installed ParkposGenerator to help resolve some issue I see at KPHX. I have a couple of questions that might help to configure the parking positions 1) Defining the different aircraft per parking position is limited to 11. That doesn't cover all the different ICAO aircraft types. For example, GATE_MEDIUM could have A318, A319,A320,A321,B732,B733,B734,B735,B736,B737,B738,B739, and maybe a few B757s. This certainly surpasses the limit of 11. Can I manually add these to the ParkPosGenerator.cfg file? 2) I am seeing the Dash8 parked at KPHX, which this aircraft doesn't fly into. Can I manually edit the KPHX.text file in the Parked folder to remove them from the parking spot? Thanks, Steve
  10. Hi Nico. I am going to give this a try. Couple things to note: 1) The Quick Start link on page 4 of version 10.6 of the manual goes to an invalid page. 2) I have UTL and been spending a lot of time getting all the AI Aircraft setup and flight plans. I say a YouTube video where the guy used UTL and PSXseeconTraffic and LiveATC. Not sure why he would use both other than the AI Aircraft mapping. https://youtu.be/JssjSy6nfYE
  11. How about PSA (Pacific Southwest Airlines)?
  12. Is there any plans to provide a module/script for the PMDG 737 that will allow us to set the range value (i.e. 5, 10, 20.. 360)? All I've seen is an INC and DEC option which doesn't work with EFIS panels from Opencockpits, Hispapanels, etc.
  13. Christian - I had the same issue as you and followed Bryan's recommendation. I now have FO actually completing his duties rather than saying he does. All is good now.
  14. Thanks. I will look into this. Maybe something you can add to the next release
  15. I have a lib_fallback.lua but not fallback.lua. I am running Linda 2.8.7 but the lib_fallback.lua shows 2.6.9. Please see my screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/d2utcgyzrt9ihaq/Linda-Default-Comm.PNG?dl=0 Here's a screenshot of the FSX Default menu https://www.dropbox.com/s/k8lucwdt9xvbfy6/Linda-FSXDefault-Menu.jpg?dl=0
  16. Where do I find the default COMM modules? This is all I see for FSX Default: isAvionicsOn Radios DME AUDIO toggle Radios ADF AUDIO toggle Radios NAV AUDIO toggle Radios COM AUDIO toggle Radios OMI AUDIO toggle
  17. Sorry about the confusion. I will check the default function to see if I can get this to work.
  18. Sorry but that's not entirely true. I have these encoders working perfectly with my OC MCP panels connected to a Leo Bodnar card. I have the NGX CRS L Inc & Dec mapped without any problems. Aside from the encoder, there is no module/script to handle the pushbuttons for TXFR and COMM TEST.
  19. I have the Opencockpits Comm panel trying to connect to the Leo Bodnar BU0836X board. I can't find a module that will handle the encoder. It also looks like the TXFR and COMM TEST buttons aren't available to map either. http://www.opencockpits.com/catalog/comm-radio-p-85.html?cPath=86_23_41
  20. How do I map the dual-centric encoder used for the VHF Comm Radio? I cannot find an option for this under the VHF menu list.
  21. Sorry but I can't help you there. I unplugged my radio panel for now because it was easier to use the Q400 than the Saitek one. The main reason was the LEDs were backwards. I'll experiment with it over the weekend and let you know if I find a better solution.
  22. You're right ilu. But once i uninstalled FSX and re-installed it, FSX would never completely launch. it got hung on the splash screen.
  23. Thanks Dan. I tried a complete uninstall of PMDG 737NGX and then a complete uninstall of FSX. That didn't solve the issue. So I completely reformatted my drive and have started the rebuild process. I needed to do it anyways since I had a bunch of unnecessary programs on it anyways. Thanks in advance for your help. Steve
  24. FSX has been installed at c:\fsx. PMDG 737NGX has been running fine up until Friday when I completed my flight and walked away from the computer for a bit. Then it froze up. Now I get a crash only with the PMDG 737NGX. My Aerosoft Airbus X and PMDG 777 work just fine. I think I'll try a complete uninstall and reinstall of the PMDG 737NGX before I end up uninstalling and reinstalling FSX.
  25. Thanks ilu. I am running 64-bit Windows 7 with 8GBs. I'll try what you suggested on the reinstall of FSX. It's probably my last hope before I do a complete re-install of Windows 7. It's possible that the Registry got corrupt when the FSX froze.
