P3D. That option is for when looking at the aircraft right? Im talking about the list of aircraft that shows up when you right click (i said left in first post, thats wrong) the screen and you see all the ai traffic.

Hi! With AI traffic enabled, i left click on my screen and choose air traffic to see which planes are around me. But it only shows what kind of airplane it is and reg number. Is it possible to show the company name aswell? When clicking on the actual plane i see the company name, but i want to see it in the list aswell.

Is it that bad?

Thank you for the tips. When downloading a livery, i use the same basemodel that its made for, and also linked to in the readme-file. So its like plug and play. Add the textures to folder of the basemodel and then copy/paste whatevers in the liveryfolder aircraft.cfg to the basemodels aircraft.cfg. I've seen some of the textures comes with mipmap textures. Do you recommend to use them instead of the original files that are provided?

Oh, ok. Just thought it was weird that in the old setup, Norwegian had its own folder because there was so many textures. So you dont have any problems with performance what so ever?

Thanks. I used to have a bunch of flightplans + aircrafts. But in the old setup, some of the base packages that was the same (for example FAIB 738W) was named differently, but it was still the same base model. So Norwegian had its own FAIB 738W folder, and other companies also used the same basemodel, but the folder had a different name. I tried the old Norwegian pack i had, and renamed the base folder, and put it in the P3D folder with the same flightplan, but the Norwegian AI's doesnt show up in P3D (probably because i renamed the folder). Since there its only 18 entries allowed, i have to make a few different folders for Norwegian as there is like 80 textures for it. How should i rename it so AIFP will recognize it?

Hi! Im currently setting up flightplans and some of the textures requires many entries in the aircraft folders. Will i lose performance by having like 100+ entries in the same aircraft.cfg? By looking at some old flightplans and textures, i notice that some basemodels that was the same, had two different folder with different names. But i cant seem to get that to work when making new ones.

Im so confused when reading about the different addons out there. I've been looking at AI Flight Planner V2, but i really dont understand it. So im gonna ask here what i should go for. I want the addon to have little impact on FPS as possible, easy to set up, and need to work with payware airport. I also want the latest traffic schedules for Europe. Is there any options out there?

Tried to ask over at the NE forum, but cant seem to get a proper answer. Im running the latest version of P3D. I purchased NE Sweden but it turns out it only has a installer for P3D V2 and FSX. When i run the installer and choose V2 and then point the folder to my root P3D folder, this comes up: Problem is that i dont have the folders (i only have the V3 folders): Roaming\Lockheed Martin\PREPAR3D v2 or ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\PREPAR3D v2 What would be the correct steps to get a successful install into my P3D?

Also looking for this to PMDG 737.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Im using Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Rudder Pedals and im wondering about the best setup. Im mostly flying PMDG and my sensitivity is set to 63 and null zone to 9. Is it recommended to set it up via Controls in Settings or use FSUIPC? Im guessing i shouldn't use both. If someone has a realistic setting for the rudder i would be happy if you could share it! Im also using Saitek Pro Yoke. I dont have to mess with anything in Controls menu regarding axis, sensitivity and null zone right? Only thing i did was choosing ailerons and elevator in FSUIPC and calibrating it in Joystick calibration (pulling the yoke back, hit set, then full forward and set etc). Any inputs on this?

Yeah the black lines disappeared when i disabled the scenery. Heading over to Aerosofts forum to ask. And yes, it should be compatible with P3D v3. Thanks for your help!

So i was noticing these black lines when approaching Aerosoft's Alta X (got it installed with FTX Norway). What could it be? Is it some weird attempt on shadows?

I actually tried both solutions before the flight.

Hi. I just did a fresh install of P3D again and i cant remember i have seen these kind of clouds.. i dont think it looks good at all. And they also looks so close to the ground? This is with Full Dynamics. Is there anything i can do or is it supposed to be like this?

Hi. Is it just me, or does the runway lights look kinda blurry? Is there a setting inside P3D which can make them more sharp and crisp? Or something else i can change?

When disabling AoN the weird light goes away and im left with no light on the airport except runway lights (thats probably normal?). But when i disable Mega Airport Oslo it gets even worse: I thought the problem only occurred with the 737, but i found out the problem shows up with whatever airplane i load. And im pretty sure im using the P3D version.
