  1. you are right jeff, actual location is at the rear of swan wok (chinese takeaway ) just under the bridge from the railway station. or so i am informed, maybe someone else knows its true location, regards, roger.

  7. just checking in to say everything is now back to normal. all flight controls were lost on saturday & after trying to fix with no success i gave up & went to bed. ( first time i have been in bed by 10.00pm since the old war wound was looked at. ) will be back for saturdays flight. regards,

  12. two new intrepid simmers ( bryan, & mike mc ) joined us on yesterdays 4th july flight, superb scenery , incredible lighting, & plenty of good natured banter. hope they enjoyed it as much as me. eight Comanche aircraft flying in Norway, the locals thought they were being invaded. for rons attention the Norway trilogy concludes next week. ( its the third leg ) regards, roger.
  13. roman, that looks like it came straight from a local smorgasborg farm. best eaten fresh & accompanied by a glass or two of juleol, (a dark malted beer ). eaten in the traditional manner wearing the viking horned helmet & carrying the two bladed battle axe. roger.

  16. thanks for your company yesterday doing the Scotland 1v flight, in my skylane, I felt like john wayne surrounded by Comanche Indians. great flightplan & lots of good humoured banter. ron watch out for the " mokka " next week it might be disguised as an a2a Comanche. roger.

  21. thanks for the flight yesterday fellas, 11 intrepid flyers started on the great haggis run in testing conditions, 9 finished. ( 1 got caught up in an unseen haggis net, 1 had too much of the scotch mist ) a most enjoyable flight plan. great scenery when I could see the ground. roger.
