  1. Thank you. This topic made me to not want to switch to 2024 yet, and i was thinking about it.
  2. I wish LM would come up with something real good to burst this MSFS bubble, but devs already stopped selling for P3D (e.g PMDG, REX) so the question is, would it be enough?
  3. When the 777 was released for MSFS 2020 i thought that it was time to finally migrate to it. I only fly 777s and 747s (primarily) so the 777 would be a good replace for the 747 while it is not released. Since this is not happening for the 2020 version and after i invested almost 1k hours in it, i came back to P3D only to discover how good it was. Better performance on my system, yes, i can reach 70 fps inside the cockpit in some cases, and in MSFS 2020 the maximum is 55 fps in cruise level over the sea no matter the settings (exclude FG); No jagged taxi lines; No world map textures loading in a radius; No stuttering panning around; No planes taxing with infinite constant speed without applying a bit of power; Somewhat better representation of the weather with cirrus clouds and that thin transparent cloud layer; Few clouds metar does not mean clear skies; The same planes in P3D look to be superior, have more features; And so on... To me, the only attractive MSFS has to offer is the bing maps and the autogen, which become irrelevant once i'm high altitude with atmosferic effects. Will i come back to MSFS when the 747 is released? Probably not, unless there is some innovation, the 777 did not impress.
  4. Before the update ORBX SA Mesh offered a better quality mesh, i could clearly see a difference. Not anymore, exactly the same quality as default.
  5. Before the update the tree placement was much more accurate. Now there are trees everywhere, trees inside airport buildings, forests where there aren’t any in real life, trees where there should be grass. Trees to the side of runways. The AI did a good job. Rely on AI to do your job. What is this, Amazon effect?
  6. There was a special event at Campo de Marte showcasing the real aircraft:
  7. This information is incorrect. Are you sure that 2 states out of 26 (Pará and Amazonas, you will barely enter Amapá) correspond to 40% of the territory? Maybe 40% of the Amazon forest you mean and i doubt it as flying those legs is almost a straight line.
  8. There is no SBGL airport made for MSFS yet, only an improvement for the default one which is handcrafted but has some problems, your aircraft will fall in a hole taxing on the bridge to RWY10: https://flightsim.to/file/59837/galeao-sbgl-improvement-wip Fsoares is producing a payware SBGL: https://www.thresholdx.net/news/fsogig You need the Paulo Ricardo's SDU to have some city landmarks and a well made Rio-Niterói bridge. If you're taking off from SBGL it is irrelevant to have the bridge portrayed as you won't be able to spot it from near due to SID charts.
  9. I don't use MSFS 2024 but this selling page says it is compatible: https://latavoadora.com.br/product/sbsp-msfs/
  10. Paulo Ricardo SBSP Congonhas + Mega São Paulo city for one of the shortest air bridges in the world: https://secure.simmarket.com/paulo-ricardo-congonhas-sbsp-msfs.phtml Paulo Ricardo SBKP Viracopos Campinas. SBBR by Brazil Land Games is recommended: https://www.brazillandgames.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=176 These are the best you can get in this region. There is a freeware SBBR very good at flightsim.to.
  11. For your information, i NEVER entered the marketplace untill TODAY and was able to install all the WUs through content manager.
  12. Now there are even more trees, like literally forests where there aren't any in real life. The autogen is very good, the majority of houses rooftops made of ceramic or clay tiles. Roads and streets that were not present before. I don't like the satellite imagery in Northeast, not crispy and in some parts worse than before (if you want a quick example of the crispiness, fly over the Vitória football team training camp at Salvador). They fixed clouded images in some parts and introdced other ones.
  13. There was a problem with textures flying the route Vitória - Salvador - Recife, mixed textures (default with world maps) and clouded ones. With this update, the problem is still there.
  14. yes. Bridge is almost at sea level with photogrametry on.
  15. SBRJ Airport is very good but Rio-Niterói bridge is broken. I will be sticking to Paulo Ricardo's sceneries.
  16. I found it. You have to get it for free on marketplace, not in content manager unlike the others WU. Then it will show up in content manager.
  17. Just entered the marketplace and it does not appear, but the sim says it is available. MSFS 2020
  18. Install something to monitor the power consumption, see how much it consumes running dx11. Then switch to dx12, lock your max fps through Nvidia app, my monitor is 60 Hz so i set 62 fps. You will be surprised about how much less watts it will consume maintaing the same performance. My RTX 2070 went from 140 W to 70 W, that will help with energy bills a lot.
  19. I noticed a performance improvement but i also updated dlss to v3.7.10.
  20. The SimFX addon causes a major fps hit. Here are my tests: Without it: max fps in cruise level = 50 fps smooth. With it: max fps in cruise level = 41 fps with constant drops to 30!
  21. My issue with the B777 is when i try to use pre-plan the drawing disappear.
  22. I cannot login to Xbox services. Also, MSFS won't start, black screen after splash screen. Sigh...
  23. MSFS was cracked with online functionalities.
  24. Apparently you cannot touch the parking brake. If so the plane will not recognize when you release it. Also, i noticed you are unable to use the mouse click to release it.
