  1. Yeah I considered though. Thanks for the help. I may have found a option.
  2. Thanks mate. Guess I can kiss that dream goodbye lol
  3. Feel like its 2007 again. lol. I missed out on this one. Missed it by a decade or so. lol lol. Now I have the need for a 777. Sadly I may be too late as I cant find any way to purchase it anymore. Not sure if anyone knows if its available?
  4. Yeah YBWW opened in 2014 so it won't be in the sim. I'm sure someone did it but I can't seem to find it. So that might have been my imagination.
  5. Does anyone know if this airport was ever done for FS9? I read somewhere that it had but I can't find it. Any help greatly appreciated.

  7. A classic 747 has been in the works for a couple years now for FS9.
  8. Just too arrogant to release all his 'creations' for others to enjoy. Its a wonder he hasn't popped on here to gloat or brag. Definitely not paying for something that freeware - HJG DC10 - does as good or better.
  9. Nothing to do with the software used.
  10. What was once a great site for all things flight simulation has now become a sad sad place to be. Dear oh dear. 😔
  11. Shows how good FS9 still is that people still development add-ons for it. It's hard to beat as a sim. I can't think of any that are better.
  12. You’re kidding right?
  13. How did you get by in the past all those years of not displaying ads all over the screen?
  14. Its ad city here. Despite people paying to be members. Seems like management got greedy and have decided to not pay out dividends (better service) and have chosen instead to keep the cash for themselves.

  16. I have a mixture of various textures I've sourced over the years. VOZ, Aime Lerclercq. There was a Swedish set. Lennarts I think. GePRo. TNW. Orbx FS9. And all the freeware sets available. I've changed so much as I like experimenting. Sadly I don't know what those Rock textures are as they look great. They could be TNW rock. The forest I THINK is Aime Lerclecq although it could be orbx. Back in the day I took Aime's 4096x4096 HD forest textures for FSX/P3d and converted them smaller for FS9 use. That could be them. I use Sweetfx and add some sharpness.
  17. 18 years later. I have my answer. Surely the record?
  18. 13 years. I wonder what the record is? I did have this one. Indeed very good and a lot of fun. Not sure if I still have it somewhere. Can't remember where it came from.
  19. FS9 in 2024. And it works too. 😎
  20. Official non-official product with many versions that’s been around for years.
  21. Amazing!
  22. FS9 with the smoothness, great FPS, longest list of ads-ons both freeware and payware of most if not all sims, upgraded ground scenery textures, made it an easy choice to remove FSX from my system ( P3D no better). I love FS9 for any choice of flight, modern, retro, vintage, classic. IFR, VFR. It covers all needs. All day every day. There was and is simply no need to go to anything else. Maybe they‘ll catch up one day.
  23. I’m using W10. Desktop. I5-10400. 8GB ram. No GPU currently. Runs FS9 like a dream.
  24. You changed the topic first. Come on, let’s not go there. the topic seems to have been covered to death.
