  1. The ones behind/below the captain's seat? Tried that. No change. Sounds like others are having similar issues as well.
  2. I'm having this issue after SU2 was released. Someone suggested I move the default Asobo king air to the 2024 community folder (where the Black square king air was already housed). That didn't change anything. I checked Bert's response above, and see several entries for the asobo king air in the content.xml file. I'm guessing this shouldn't be. Can anyone advise how this should look?
  3. I cleared the cache in app data, however had not removed the contents of the streamed packages folder. I'll give that a go.
  4. I had the Black Square King Air installed and working fine pre-SU2. After SU2, when starting a flight, only the seats and part of the cabin appear. The rest of the plane is missing. When entering the cockpit, I have strange pink boxes over the side and center pannel. I haven't changed any configuration, or other settings. I simply loaded into the sim like normal, SU2 updated automatically, and this is now happening. After, I updated my Nvidia driver to the latest, and cleared all cache etc. Same result. Any ideas? I should also add - This add-on plane is not officially released for FS2024. It is the 2020version, however it works fine provided you have the MSFS2020 default King Air in the packages/Official2020 folder (which I do)
  5. This worked flawlessly. Thank you!.. Only thing I've found that isn't functioning is the cabin altitude. The knob doesn't turn.
  6. Unfortunately I already de-installed 2020. Looks like the base models are gone.
  7. They are good. There are a few to chose from, and you can change the volume/speed (of speech). You can probably find some videos online that give examples.
  8. I use Cabby and like it. I've used SLC in the past as well, and like Cabby better. You don't have to do the subscription. You lose out on some customization from what I recall, but the main program functions fine without it. You get boarding messages, cabin crew preparation for takeoff, announcements about refreshments, cruising altitude, seat belts, descent, "welcome to xxxx airport" upon landing, etc. It is pretty good with some random announcements here and there. A new feature they recently added is the option to have major cities called out as you cruise over them. You can customize your airline name, pilot and co-pilot's names (which will be added as part of the announcement(s). $34 does seem like a bit for this program, but I must say it is pretty good. I'm not dis-satisfied. I'm more dis-satisfied when I fly a cargo flight (via Neofly) and don't have the need to use cabin announcements 😉 Another thing I'll add is the developer is very involved with the community. Much of the communication is on discord, and he typically responds very quickly. Normally within minutes if not an hour or two and corrects issues quickly.
  9. Many of the taxi signs are incorrect in MSFS2024. MS2020 had an add-on called "real taxiways", however I haven't seen anything for 2024. Anyone hear whether someone is working on an add-on to address this?
  10. Many taxi signs and some taxiways are incorrect. Some signs are simply missing. KACK Nantucket is a good example. There are multiple taxiways labeled "A". There are others, but none committed to memory.
  11. I thought I had previously successfully gotten the Black Square King Air to load into MSFS2024. I'm trying now with a newly downloaded copy of the aircraft, and MSFS2024 hangs at 97% on the loading screen. I know this aircraft isn't officially compatible, but as stated prior, I thought I had gotten it to work a while ago. Anyone have any success getting the BS King Air to load in MSFS2024?
  12. Yes, I select the option on the EFB to send to the aircraft avionics.
  13. I've experienced this a handful of times in the default CJ4 where the PFD/MFD are not in sync with the FMS. Doesn't always happen, however. Anyone else see this? Any ideas why it might be happening? I didn't make any modifications to my flight plan after initially loading it. I use sim-brief and load the plan into the EFB via the "load fp from PC" function.
  14. I mis-spoke. I meant to say that I found the option in the "FMC", not the EFB. I found the option to select external power, but is says not available. I tried multiple parking/terminal locations around JFK and couldn't find any that showed "available".
