I have heard so many good things about PFE that I bought it over Rader Contact and VoxATC. I have been using it for few weeks now…don't get me wrong, I am fairly happy with the product but there are few glitches that's really annoying me. Last night I was flying to Paris LFPG as soon as I entered the STAR control asked me to head right on 105deg and gave me runway 8L, I was busy setting up ILS etc. then within 30 sec they changed the runway to 9L…I don't see the point of doing it? plus I couldn't establish contact with tower and got 30 miles further from the airport, so I changed the frequency to contact centre and they asked me keep going on heading 105, which was taking me further away from the airport! It says the ATC will help you to get back on tract in case of missed approach etc. but that clearly didn't happen to me yesterday! Anyone using PFE faced this sort of problem? I thought the runway change thing was addressed and fixed? Will it be better if I get my flight plans from FlightSim Commander? I am using the demo version so I can't really export a flight plan out of Flightsim Commander at the moment. Do you know any other free flight planning software that will work well with PFE? Hi Guys, I just bought PFE as I heard so much positive words about it. It installed fine along with the FS2000 but whenever I click on "Select New ADV" I get a runtime error message 52 saying bad file name or number! I am confused and tried to contact the developer. Can anyone help me to get over this before I hear back from the developer! Many thanks, Ronnie

Hello, I'm attempting to use ProFlight Emulator in P3Dv2.2 but when I initialize PFE I don't get the multiline display window. I get a single line display with just d in it. I've tried turning it off and on in FSUIPC 4.931 but no luck. What what I've read, PFE does work in P3Dv2. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone, sorry if this has already been answered, discussed or solved elsewhere but I'm in need of assistance with PFE. I had it working like a dream and followed all the installation/setup instructions from the manual but something crashed while I was looking at the manual and now it's all gone pear shaped. I was following my taxi route to Rwy27l @ EGLL when the TGS audio assistance got lost and I was looking in the manual for the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+W to skip to next taxiway when FSX crashed. When I'd loaded and setup a flight at my gate of choice, I'd "Connect to FS" and the FSUIPC Display window would show up with a brief message about Transition Altitudes 6000/6000 and I knew that all was good, I'd tune to the ATIS, listen to the message then press 0 and the FSUIPC window would kindly remind me to retune to the clearance frequency - a very handy tool indeed - and then contact clearance. Pressing 0 again, whilst using VC Co-Pilot Mode 2 then retuned the radio and the FO would contact clearance for me and all would be good, I'd also see other AI traffic contact Ground/Tower etc with their conversations in the window mode and all was running sweet. However, after the crash, there's no window, no FO, nothing by pressing 0, \, R, no ATIS when tuning to 128.075 and my FSUIPC settings are as required. I uninstalled everything, ran CCleaner, rebooted, reinstalled, setup my options, compiled FltPlns & ADV files ok, "Connect to FS" and - nothing!! Does anyone have a starting point on this? Stuart
