July 12, 200322 yr If i buy the 737 now will i have to wait a couple of months after fs2004 comes out to get the update,or will it work with fs2004 straight way ?
July 12, 200322 yr I would imagine PMDG will have it working very quickly :) Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
July 12, 200322 yr Commercial Member It's already compatible - as soon as 2004 and the new FSUPIC dll are out (should be the same day), the NG will work!Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
July 12, 200322 yr Nameless (please sign with your real name, a requirement in this forum),if you visit our homepage, you will quickly notice the "FS2004 Compatible" stickers, which are there to inform you that the 737TNG product is already compatible with FS2004, so no need to wait for a patch...
July 12, 200322 yr hi,so does that mean to say, if John Tavendale had PMDG 737 he could play with it with no problems with his current version of Fs2004? I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
July 12, 200322 yr :-hah I do have the PMDG NG, and FSUIPC, but I haven't tried it in COF yet :). Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
July 12, 200322 yr Clayton,If John here has the FS2k4 FSUIPC then that would be the case. If not, however, he couldn't run the NG in FS2k4 with the old FSUIPC.So, the statement that it's compatible is 100% true, but functional.. not yet.Tero PPL(A)
July 12, 200322 yr yea kool John, so i am still waiting for my invitation :-mad lol anyway do you need a new FSUIPC in FS2004 to run PMDG 737 properly in 04? I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
July 12, 200322 yr I heard that FSUIPC is now shareware,so if i don't buy it i will not be able to use your aircraft in fs2004 when it comes out then.
July 12, 200322 yr PMDG has a commercial license for FSUIPC, so if you buy the 737TNG you won't have to pay again for FSUIPC.
July 12, 200322 yr Pete provided us with a Gold compatable FUSIPC. I just loaded up the NG, loased just fine. The flight model will need a few tweaks and I guess PMDG will have an update the make the Virtual Cockpit clickable? Other than that, all seems to work A-okay :) Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
July 12, 200322 yr sweet, perhaps then i will wait my purchase for the 737 till fs2004 hits the shelves in Oz. I7-10700F RTX 3070 32 Gig Ram
July 12, 200322 yr "PMDG has a commercial license for FSUIPC, so if you buy the 737TNG you won't have to pay again for FSUIPC.Marc Harrington - PMDGhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com"So does this mean that the FSUIPC that PMDG will provide is only functional to the 737? Being so, do I have to Buy another (an they will coexist??) licence of FSUIPC in order to other addons fuction? OR the one PMDG provides will function in other products aswell?Thank'sJos
July 12, 200322 yr I believe the end user (US) won't need to pay for FSUIPC, rather the author(s) need to pay for a license. Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
July 12, 200322 yr will the updated FSUIPC be available as a download from PMDG for 737 owners or is it already somewhere in the package?George Stoddard
