PMDG, we really need a list of fixed bugs

Leferis, Andrew, Vangelis and the rest of the gang,Please, please post a list of bugs that have been identified and fixed. This has been asked for several times in the last week but no-one from PMDG has responded to this very legitimate request.Unless we know what has been fixed there's a real possibility that people will continue to report problems that you have already resolved. This just leads the forum being clogged with unnecessary messages. Can I suggest you make it a locked item please and update it as and when bugs are fixed? Many thanks,

Ray (Cheshire, England).

Edited to fix horrible spelling/grammer mistakesAgreed! I think we understand how busy you guys are. It is no doubt alot of work getting the patch together. But, surely someone on the team can spare a few minutes to type a message in the forum listing the items that are to be addressed by a patch. Just to let us know that our issues have been identified and are being fixed. It would be very much appreciated.

Well, I must admit that I would really appreciate it too. I try to keep up with developments on the forum, but sometimes you just don't know if something you find has already been identified by some one else and if so what will be done about it. In the meantime I'll just go on starting threads :-)Leo Bakker

I completely agree. I believe this would go a long way in keeping the Captain's happy/calm.Regards,Bob Lyddy

I've mentioned this a couple of times and would be one of the best things PMDG could do right now to save them extra work. It would then stop people saying stuff likeIn the virtual cabin, which is very nice btw guys, why does the red beacon light flash through the top of the cabin? Also why is it that when in the virtual cabin if I leave it, using the 4 or 6 key and go outside the cabin, the airplane above and below the windows becomes a green colour? And finally how do I make the guy at the back put his seat back in the fully up position? :D

PMDG,Any chance of a response to this suggestion please? I feel as though I'm being ignored. After all, we all have a vested interest in getting all known bugs fixed in the forthcoming patch without any being missed. Thanks,

Ray, I would not count on it. Seems hardly any posts are being answered by the team since last week.

Hi Eric,But they are around and are answering other's questions. One has been answered in the last half-hour.It's not as if I'm wittering on about unimportant things. I think a bug fixed list is extremely important otherwise I wouldn't keep going on about it. I can't believe ALL the team are amending code.Retires back to hole feeling very disgruntled.

I too would like to see a stickied post with fixed and soon to be fixed bugs. Any chance on getting an answer PMDG?Tim

Why, why you think to post a list of fixed bugs is too interesting??? First of all the real list will be VERY long... A lot of people will noticed that they suggestions have not been included, etc...To be serious - we only can get a quality product when we have people relaited to aviation involved in its development. A good example is a PIC767, still top of fs simulation. Eric Ernst, a real co-pilot 757/767 has been a directly involved in programming and managing of the project. From where an ordinary programmer should know about "above" or "below" or even "above or below" altitude constrains inserted in FMS and other scrap...Please, please...... :-hah Vitold

"Why, why you think to post a list of fixed bugs is too interesting???"Because people are posting bug reports of a (known) problem in a number of different threads, and this number will just keep growing unless there is a list where you can first check to see if your bug has been acknowledged by the developers and is (or is not) being fixed.Searching the forum is an alternate means for finding previous reports, but this is becoming a very long process with all the different topics and I think it would be appropriate at this point to have a complete list in one place.Regards,Zoltan HegedusBudapest, Hungary

Ray-you're NOT being ignored.I might post a bug list if I find some time, soon. Then again, I'd rather spend my time shortening the running bug list, instead of posting in the forums.I am not going to have yet another discussion where people start whining and moaning about why this, why that. (This is not directed at you, Ray, it's a general observation). It's counter-productive to our development, it's not morale-boosting, it hurts productivity. You guys know PMDG, you know we listen, so please be patient until the patch is out - I think you'll be satisfied. Now, I am going back into my hole... I'd really prefer and appreciate it if people would understand that we're doing all humanly possible for all to enjoy. Thanks
