Weather on the 744?

IMO, if they're able to perfectly replicate the 744 minus a weather radar that helps you to avoid storms that will do absolutely nothing to your airplane if you fly through them, I still think we're going to be getting the best airliner ever made for FS... [;)]

A weather radar with fake data is not useful. It makes no sense i avoid (and maybe even ask the controllor to do it) a TS while i see a TCAS contact flying right through it :DLet's wait for real weather in FS... then i will want a wx radar. In the meantime I'll take the 744 and the BBJ thereafter :9Bye, Luca

PMDG & WX Radar? read here

Don't forget what Lefteris said in his post. They follow the SDK to make their products compatiable with FS. How long do you want to wait when FS10 comes out to get a patch for the PMDG 744 to be able to use it within FS10?

Why not use the reality XP guage as an option, "use if available".PMDG do it with AC2004 anyway.Just a thought.

Do I take it then ladies and gents, that it's not worthwhile downloading anything that purports to give me a WX radar display of the weather programmed into FS9? Many thanks in advance, from OZ, Chardy (Short for Chardonnay, also short on brains and good looks, but that's another story)
