Well What Is Your First Flight

Featured Replies

Well if you mean your first proper flight, then probably EGLL-KMIA. Of course before ill do some hops around europe to get use to her, maybe EGLL-LEMD(Mardrid)-LFMN(Nice)-EGLL.

There can be only one for me, Load up FSPax Buy a 747 at Boeing Field and Deliver it to SFO. :)

Hello,I think I'll take Virgin's Mustang Sally up to EGNX from EGLL and perform some circuits first before do some regular flights. Just like they do in real-life. I spoke to a Virgin A340 pilot when I flew to KJFK a few years back, he had only been line-flying for about 6 months. After type-rating onto the A340, he and I think he said 3 other newbie's flew up to Nottingham East Midlands (EGNX) with base-trainers to perform touch-and-goes and circuits. Then he did sectors with a line-training captain, then onto regular line flying.I'll get a feel for the beast first! All the best,Steve.

probably the hong kong-singapore or hong kong-bangkok route since i am well established on thisusing the CX livery of course;-)

I would like to fly CX250 EGLL-VHHH...like on the ITVV video. I did it back then when I had the PSS 744 and FS2002. Out of three times I managed to finish it only once! :-) Now with all the extra feature to save situations etc. I will definitely do it..maybe over a 2 day period. Eventually even VS19 EGLL-KSFO.But first I'll definitely do a few test runs, short hops LIRF-LIMC...my favorite test track. ;-)Regards,BjornP.S. Hopefully some kind-hearted painter will deliver the good old Cathay Livery! :-)

Im doing some acceptance tests at PAE-BFI as well :-)

First I'll do some test flying at Boeing Field and when everything turns out to be okay, it will be flown home to Frankfurt, Germany.

Probably a short EU flight, from EGCC naturally, long enough to work out the systems and do a full descent so I don't feel rushed. Then I'll end up trying to squeeze flights in - EGCC-EGLL-LFPG-EGKK-EGCC or similar, no doubt! All in a B744!Martin

Luis,You're flying your old PSS 744 to KPAE - in FS 2004? Or are you switching from FS 2002 to FS 2004 when switching from PSS to PMDG?Just curious.

Dear Mozart.. I use both 2002 and 2004 I forgot to post that from the moment I fly to KPAE I will also trade my 2002 wich I only use when flying PSS 747-400 usualy 3 to 4 times /week!!! I enjoythe 747-400 I have flown it for the past 5 years....I do very longFlights around the world.... I also enjoy the Level D 767.....And PMDG 737-900 ( 2004 ) Luis.....Miami Fl.

I'm not sure it'll be my first flight, but I definitely plan on trying to recreate the feat of utter stupidity that a BA captain decided upon a few months ago. 747-400 departing out of LAX bound for Heathrow, lost an engine on climbout, decided to just go ahead and fly all the way to jolly ol' England! Didn't make it to Heathrow, had to put in around Manchester I think? (Or maybe somewhere earlier) to be legal on fuel when landing at Heathrow.
