Mark, an issue like this requires direct communication with PMDG with an email. Provide them as much info as you have such as email address (if it was different), your name, approximate date of purchase (if known). When you send an email to support you should get an automatic response, if you don't your message didn't make and you might need to use a free email service like google.

Well if you log into your account on PMDG.com you can get your order id but the download. You may be out of luck. You may have to buy the 3Euro extended thing to get it.
