I use the following loads:80 Kg per passenger (weight and hand luggage)20 Kg of baggage per economy class passenger30 Kg of baggage per first class passengerThat makes:100 Kg / pax / economy class110 Kg / pax / first class Jose Luis

Don't forget the significant revenue generated with belly cargo. In fact, Southwest Airlines is the second largest cargo carrier in terms of belly cargo according to an article in AW&ST recently. Therefore, on the 737, I usually add a full rear belly compartment to an 85% full airplane.
