hmmm - I thought we get some new pics to see (the official ones are nearly 1 YEAR old!!!). Maybe there are too few real airlines currently using the MD-11 to release it anyway. Greetingsxaver

Looks like it was a great event! Lots of people enjoying simming, and some good hardware there too... It would be cool to see some recent MD-11 pictures though.Tero

I'll post a few pictures from the event (showing the MD-11) when I get back from Switzerland (I'm flying late tonight). Pity I forgot to take my digital camera's USB cable with me.And we will have a full update of the MD-11 section of the website with new screenshots very soon.

>Maybe there are too few real>airlines currently using the MD-11 to release it anyway. Right then... if 16 airlines for 195 aircraft are not enough then I guess no one wants an A380, B777-200LR or A340-500 either?Regards,Markus

Sounds great. Can't wait to see the MD-11 ready. I've had some fun flying a real level D MD-11 sim a few times :). She's a real joy to fly.Tero

drool.(p.s. how well does FSX run on that MacBook?)edit: an engine start panel! finally someone realized how much of a PITA it is to constantly switch panels to monitor the start sequence!also, the perspective of the MCP (or its Douglas equivalent) seems like an interesting solution, but i hope it can be made smaller by the end user-Lee Barberhttp://home.nc.rr.com/uniuniunium/dvasig.jpg

The douglas MCP or FCP is actually quite large also in the real deal, and kind of dominates the upper right area of vision. Then the main instruments are also very low down and quite small (if you ask me). I would say that this representation is pretty close in terms of what you can do in 2D :).Great pics... looks like she's not far from being ready.Tero
