December 29, 200421 yr I agree Lee...I bet this is gonna rock flying it from the VC..I am just wondering how much memory this thing is going to use though. I hope its under 100MB. Another payware plane I have uses upwards of 200-300MB of memory! Eric
December 29, 200421 yr If this is some kind of poll....then yes, for me 2D panels too please. Thanks a mill.
December 29, 200421 yr Commercial Member Due to poular demand we'll be including the side/back views with the 2D only model.Wade
December 29, 200421 yr Thanks too Wade. I hope that the extra work will be worth it. I am going to be getting 3 monitors soon. That is why I like 2D flying. I imagine the VC is excellent but I will have to see.JimCYWG
December 29, 200421 yr Wade,All I need are the essentials for flying the aircraft as they are in the real thing . All the fancy 3D cabins are irrelevant to me, they just bloat the code.I hope you include a simple pushback command with directional commands that actually work. I have never got the directional commands in FS to work! Shift+P works but I can never get the tail to turn.God bless,Bernie
December 29, 200421 yr Bernie,Agreed that the build in Microsoft pushback doesn't work for many people as published - and also agreed that the fancy shmancy stuff isn't important. However - there are some pretty simple to add pushback utilities out there which you could add to your panel (for any aircraft) lickity split. If you want - send me an email and I'll gladly provide you with an example, just as someone else provided it to me. I've added this no frills pushback utility to all of my payware acft.
December 30, 200421 yr Hi Bernie,in the list of features announced today, was Multiple Ground Crew voices - one of the duties usually of the ground crew is to perform the aircraft push back.
February 10, 200521 yr The BIG problem is Microsoft!! They can't make a pushback that just works!Bernie
